The hotel's location is arguably the best in the Old Town, and it's also considered the top five-star hotel in the area. Although the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, which is expected in the Old Town, it's incredibly convenient for getting around since it's right next to all the main attractions, all within walking distance. The breakfast spread is extensive and very good, and the bedding is decent. The absolute best thing about this hotel is its superb location.

We did enjoy staying in this hotel and exploring old town of Istambul. The hotel is located in a walking distance to many intersting sites, such as Hagie Sofia, Blue mosque etc.
The variety of restaurants around the hotel offers superb choices of deligious food, and to every guests' taste. The hotel staff are very kind, attentive to the guests' requests and provide sufficient information on the places to visit.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Place are clean and expected like the photos. Breakfast selection is so so. The location is very convenient but in a very crowded busy street.

The room was great, and the bedding and other amenities were excellent. Breakfast offered a good variety. When checking out, the lobby staff were very helpful and even assisted with taking our luggage to the roadside where we could catch a ride.

Lovely welcome since day one we arrived, the bellboy (i forgot to take note of his name very helpful), room service, until the day we departed amazing assistance from Ekrem and Alkan bellboys.
Cleanliness is my priority too and this hotel did well! Great location, easy access to public transport, food, entertainment and ofcourse shopping!! Definite recommendation
