Divani Ali Hotel

The hotel does not match the offer presented on the internet! Claustrophobic, with an elevator with an unpleasant smell of urine, for 1 person with a small suitcase - hotel guests used the elevator one by one, humbly waiting for their turn. Room approx. 6m2, decorated with old furniture drawn with oil paint, bed, wardrobe and ... no space for 2 people and a suitcase that was only vertically, because it was impossible to open it. When I was in the room with the suitcase, there was no room for my husband, he was waiting in the corridor, then my husband came in, I waited outside. It was impossible to stay at the hotel even for one night, despite the long journey. The front desk clerk said that the room change is not possible until the next day, but this will not solve the problem as all the rooms in the hotel are the same! We tried to seek help on trip.com, where we booked the room, as we were assured of consultants 24/7, unfortunately none of them responded. In the middle of the night, with suitcases, we left the hotel in search of another accommodation in decent conditions, at least in sanitary conditions. Needless to say, despite the withdrawal from the contract, we could not count on a refund (reservation for 9 days). Other guests (a group of Serbs), also in despair, found themselves in a similar situation. Be warned about this smelly and claustrophobic hotel with unprofessional service and a disrespectful attitude towards guests! Unfortunately, also in front of the trip.com broker who, instead of support, spreads his hands helplessly.

Rien ne correspond aux photos publiés ,la chambre était trop petite pour deux personnes et un seul accès au lit La fumée de cigarette qui monte depuis les escaliers c'est pour cela on a mis un drap sous la porte On arrivant ma femme et moi à l'hôtel le premier jour le directeur m'a demandé 60 euros en plus de ma réservation soit disant la chambre est plus grande Par contre le personnel était au top sauf le directeur

Je viens d arriver avec mon épouse et un enfant de 13 mois donc une réservation pour 2 adultes et un enfant et je me retrouve dans une chambre avec un lit double de 140 pas de lit parapluie ... après un voyage d une journée et aucune solution avant le lendemain... Je m apprête à passer la pire nuit de ma vie . Ce n est même pas une chambre il s agit d un réduit de 6m2 impossible de bouger avec un enfant en bas âge. Les valises sont parqués dans la salle de bain car pas de place pour déballer un cauchemar

Mi chica operada y 3 noches sin dormir y sin poder descansar, el colchón totalmente hundido , se lo comuniqué el primer día y me dijo que lo sentían y que nos lo iban a a cambiar , nos pusieron otro que estaba igual . Se lo vuelvo a comunicar de madrugada ya que no podíamos dormir le pregunté también si había alguna posibilidad de cambiar de habitación , no me importaba pagar la diferencia, su respuesta fue “ no puedo hacer nada , I’m sorry my friend’ . Al día siguiente salimos del hotel y cuando volvimos por la tarde nos encontramos un colchón usado en la puerta de la habitación , metido dentro de una bolsa de plástico llena de polvo , nos lo dejaron allí para que lo cambiáramos nosotros mismo , fue horrible la situación, mi chica recién operada y yo sacando un colchón doble entre los dos para poner otro , y lo peor de todo es que estaba igual , hundido por dentro , tengo fotos de los dos colchones . Nunca más !! Hotel de 4 estrellas??? No debería ni llam**** hotel . Lo único bueno la ubicación
