Verygood Hotel. Excellent services. Excellent location ,right in the downtown. No free parking, 50 euro day. Service in front desk is excellent. Somebody will give you the bottle of water immediately while you’re in and out. When you first check in, there is somebody wait for you at your floor outside of the elevator to guide you to your room. The restaurant is Michelin one star. There are lots of choices in the room for coffee and the tea. The toilet room is excellent. There are steam sauna in the shower area and there are two showerheads. there is a massage bathtub. There is a retractable TV at the end of the bed. the room is beautifully decorated. We strongly recommend this hotel, especially if you have some special event to celebrate.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I had already paid in full on Ctrip before I left. When they asked me to use my credit card for guarantee, they deducted 1,000 euros. When I was waiting to check in, they deducted 1,516 euros for no reason. I called Ctrip and the hotel said that I made an additional reservation. It was simply a fabrication! Finally, I went to the front desk to negotiate. There was no apology or explanation. They said that our reservation department made a mistake and will refund you now. As a hotel known as a small luxury, it is ridiculous! I don’t recommend any Chinese to stay here. This hotel doesn’t like Chinese people. It’s not suitable for children to stay here. There are so many hotels in this area. I suggest that Ctrip should experience it clearly before recommending it.

Als Liebhaber klassischer Cocktails haben wir die Hotelbar des TwentySeven besucht, da es ein renommiertes 5-Sterne-Hotel ist. Leider wurde die Piña Colada nicht mit dem Blender gemacht, wie der Rezept der International Bartenders Association beschreibt. Du hast Probleme, werden Sie sagen - ist ja auch nicht dramatisch, nur hätte man in einem 5-Sterne-Haus erwartet, dass man 1. weiß wie man den Cocktail macht, 2. nicht vorab telefonisch sagt, man kann den machen, wenn in der Bar gar keinen Blender vorhanden ist, 3. man den Gast nicht abspeist mit „Wir nehmen die Beschwerde ernst und werden sie prüfen.“ 32 Euros sind aber weg und den Cocktail genossen hat man nicht. Schade.

Our stay at Hotel Twenty Seven was nothing short of spectacular. My friend and I showed up to Amsterdam with absolutely no plans, and the staff at the hotel basically planned our whole trip for us. I'm talking dinner reservations, excursions/activities, and shopping recommendations. The staff was even able to get us on a guest list for an exclusive night club which was so much fun, that we ended up returning the next night! The hotel and room itself was also the nicest we've ever experienced. The rooms are cleaned in the morning and in the evening. The jacuzzi and steam shower are to die for as well. You are treated like royalty here. And of course the restaurant and bar were serving top notch food and cocktails, can't leave that out of this review. Don't make the mistake of staying anywhere else for your stay in Amsterdam. We can't wait to return!

We stayed for three nights in a beautifully decorated, large suite with amenities, such as heated bathroom floors, steam shower, espresso machine, Lalique bath products , to list a few. The windows were triple paned so you never realized you were overlooking Dam Square, until you looked outside. Quiet AND in the heart of the city are a perfect combination The staff was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable on everything you asked them. The doorman actually walked us down into the nearby Metro stop to make sure we got on the right train. Dinner at the restaurant had to be one of the best dining experiences we have had. The tasting menu, along with the wine pairings, was amazing. Every server in the restaurant was professional, without making you feel intimidated by any question or request. Highly suggest the Breakfast Experience as well in the morning to start out your day. Cocktail lounge was hip, yet comfy, with the bartender remembering our drinks the second night- always a good sign of a professional mixologist! So glad we found this hotel. Wish I could give them six stars, instead of 5!

Great small hotel with 16 suites. Ours overlooked dam square with large bedroom and gorgeous living room. Master baths had heated floors and toilet. Twin shower and steam Bedroom was large. Staff was amazing and we travel a lot. Maybe the most helpful and nicest we’ve ever had Breakfast either in restaurant or room was perfect. Barca’s great both gorgeous and fun. Good location but hectic compared to the museum areas Totally unique would go back
