"I stayed for 2 nights at the Best Western – Amsterdam Airport Hotel. Positives: The shuttle bus to and from the airport was punctual and very convenient. The reception clerk was polite, professional, and made the check-in process smooth. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city by public transport. There’s a McDonald’s right next door for affordable late-night snacks. Negatives: I had the ”Do Not Disturb” sign on my door when I left my room around 11 a.m., but noticed it had been removed. I found it on a cleaning cart and put it back. I also informed the cleaning staff directly that I did not want my room cleaned, and they acknowledged my request. However, when I returned at 2 p.m., I discovered someone had entered the room—not to clean, but to leave a card stating it had been cleaned by “Marcus.” While nothing appeared disturbed, this disregard for my clear request felt like an invasion of privacy and was both disappointing and unnecessary. Additionally, I did not sleep well during either night of my stay. There was frequent noise from drunk guests in the hallways past midnight, and on both mornings, I was woken as early as 6:30 a.m. by loud door banging, as if someone was trying to wake up a heavy sleeper. While I understand that this is not entirely the hotel’s fault, it made the stay unpleasant and exhausting. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would choose this hotel again when transiting through Amsterdam."

"It's incredibly convenient, and the airport shuttle service is really efficient. The surrounding area is lovely too; I saw lots of wild rabbits hopping outside my window in the morning. The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for an overnight stop."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. One of the standout features is its convenient location, especially being so close to the airport. This made my travel much easier and more efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable; everything was well-maintained and tidy. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful, which added to the positive atmosphere during my stay. Additionally, the facilities met our needs effectively, making our time there comfortable. However, I must mention that the breakfast hygiene could use some improvement. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the value of the hotel and make it even more appealing to guests. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and service, with the hope that they can enhance the breakfast experience in the future."

"The Hotel is a nice option only for short stay, No wardrobe in the room that’s why it is only suitable for short stay, Otherwise the View is very nice and the breakfast as well, leaving some photos of the nice view from room here, The receptionist was a bit strict on the name in the Trip.com account/reservation should be identical to the one in the presented ID, first time to see this, so watch out for this before you reserve for someone else or if you reserve with a nickname"

"Not so far away from Schiphol Airport which makes it a highlight for inbound & outbound passengers. There was a particular room service who looked a bit unfriendly when we asked her to change the toilet mat. Other that than, we had a decent stay over there."

"The hotel is right by the airport, but still, it's very quiet. The room is comfortable enough, but no amenities such as a shower cap. The breakfast was ok, less options for vegetarians than other hotels. A big payable parking is provided on-site. Still, it was packed when we arrived. There was just one small space left that we managed to squeeze into. Overall a great hotel close to the airport if you're not looking to stay for long."

"It’s a good layover hotel for Amsterdam transfers. Great breakfast, that’s free.  Rare these days. Staff are good. Always efficient, polite and professional. They just need to hook up with one of the bus services that drop off arrivals and departures. Would fit perfect in my travels then."

"Extremely close to the airport. It's such a short distance that even a leisurely walk takes less than an hour, offering picturesque views of the Dutch countryside. The hotel's facilities are quite basic, perhaps a notch above what you'd find at a budget chain like Home Inn in China. However, the breakfast was excellent! I especially enjoyed the bread, sausages, and blueberry juice."

"Convenient airport hotel with free 1/2 hourly airport shuttle. The hotel room clean and it is well sound proofed from the passing aeroplane. The other downside is the soft bed which is not my personal preference and the small shuttle bus at some time interval. It only carry 10 passengers and I encounter some situations where passengers have to wait for the next run which may be full again if you are not waiting in front of the bus."
