"Everything was great about the hotel apart from; A. On match day the area around the arena, between the hotel and the station is a bit scruffy B. They gave our room away without telling us because we were late. We had paid up front, and the guy at the desk was eventually able to sort it. But I think they should really let us know if they are going to sell our room to someone else and ideally give us the option to let them know we're still coming, just running late."

The selection was extremely limited (sometimes only one type of cheese and one type of sausage), and what was there was completely disorganized, jumbled together, and stale (the cheese was curled up). "They let me drop of storage in between travel time which was nice. I found the Dutch staff much better service than the foreigner staff. Shared shower room which wasn’t the nicest though was good enough.."
