Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Centre

My stay here was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Amsterdam, making it super convenient for exploring the canal district. The room facilities were clean and well-equipped, and the overall hygiene was top-notch. The front desk staff were polite, patient, and provided thoughtful service. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Amsterdam.

The room was comfortable, and there are many restaurants next to the hotel. Opposite is a police station, but there aren't police patrolling. The hotel has an elevator, which is very friendly for travelers with luggage.

Great location, close to the train station and the city's main attractions. There's a tram stop nearby, and you can be in the museum district in just 10 minutes. We were able to check in earlier than expected, and the room looked just like the pictures. It was clean, but very basic – no slippers or tissues. This is the first time I've stayed in a 4-star hotel room without cups (just glasses) and teaspoons (just wooden stirrers). Instant coffee in the room for a 4-star hotel is pretty underwhelming; usually, at this level, you get pour-over coffee or a Nespresso machine. The price is high, but for the same money, you'd get a much higher standard in a 4-star hotel in neighboring Belgium.

Excellent hotel, the location is simply superb! All the attractions are nearby. Highly recommend!

The hotel receptionist was incredibly friendly and kind. We arrived early, before 9 AM, expecting to just store our luggage, but to our surprise, the receptionist informed us that our room was already ready for check-in. The room was very clean and tidy, and the king-size bed was super comfortable. All the amenities were readily available, though the only minor flaw was the low water pressure in the shower. The location is fantastic, very close to the Central Station, making it extremely convenient. There are also plenty of convenience stores, pharmacies, department stores, and restaurants nearby.

The location, the friendliness of the reception staff, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were all excellent. However, the mattress was completely saggy. When we reported it to reception, they put a plank under it, but unfortunately, it didn't improve. We won't be coming back here again.
