GGuest UserExcellent room, excellent location and atmosphere of the hotel. Staff however, too often, go according to the 'book', and find it hard to think and improvise on the spot. It's as if they are under trained. When checking in there is no need to ask the guest to fill info on the iPad. You have this info, to stay in touch, already. Don't burden the weary traveler with trivial nonsense. If the sun shines, finally after weeks of grey and rain, and a guest sees the patio with tables in the sun, and this guest wants to have tea in the sun outside in the patio, this has to be a possibility. Don't say, well it's not the season so it's closed, it doesn't make sense, you're a top hotel, not the vander Valk. Improvise, think on your feet, explain that he is welcome to sit there and that his tea will be brought out, but it might take a few minutes longer. This way the guest feels listened to and that the moon is even possible. The kitchen is incredible, the food is wonderful. Last evening I had dinner at the Jansz., two ladies working, were very kind, helpful and attentive, they understood the delicate balance between asking how things are going and leaving the guest alone. I want them to know i appreciate them. Please extend my gratitude to them. Also the Asian looking lady who worked during breakfast this morning, was excellent. Please let her know as well. Finally, the staff at the entrance - getting cabs etc. - are great. Some of the male staff are too - in Dutch, popy yoopy. I am your guest and not your friend. That's all, and that's enough. Thank you for a great stay and I hope to come back again when I am back in the Netherlands. Kind regards, Diederik Lugt

CCHEOKFANThe hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam's Dam Square, to Chinatown, just a 10-minute walk from the red light district. The hotel is opposite the Queen's department store, the most exclusive department store in Amsterdam with many designer shops, and the shopping street is the second road on the left side of the hotel. On the pedestrian street, about two or thirty minutes is the flower market. On the right side is the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. On the first floor is the famous watch shop. Walk to Haicheng Restaurant for five minutes. The hotel has only 16 rooms in a boutique hotel. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport. It can be reached by walk from Amsterdam Central Railway Station for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to take a taxi for large luggage, because the road along the road is uneven and difficult to tow. Between 20-30 euros, because you have to detour. The hotel ci is located on the third floor, the service is warm and thoughtful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, stylish and sophisticated, the smart panel control system is convenient to use, provide late bed service, welcome chocolate and use French Langfan toiletries in Amsterdam hotel Should be among the best. The hotel offers a restaurant on the third floor, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only products are available, and the price is not high. Because there are too many restaurants around the hotel, the competition is strong. The bar is also on the third floor, and the evening is fragrant. This hotel is worth checking in, but it needs to be booked 15 to 30 days in advance, otherwise the price will rise.

HHarryXZObviously, the price is expensive, which is four times higher than that in Shanghai. It is definitely not comparable to Bulgari and J in Shanghai. Not every room has a bathtub. So, the lower the expectations, the less disappointment. However, the hotel breakfast is a feature, and you can enjoy the local culture slowly. I took some photos for your reference

ZZhaozaidadaoshangz16The location of the hotel is absolutely in the city center. The room is spacious and beautiful. It is a pleasure to sit on the balcony and watch the canal. The service is superb. The old doorman is a gentleman, and the receptionist is very polite. The bathroom is large, and the bedding in the room is superb, very comfortable. It gets dark at half past ten in the summer here, and the beautiful bells echo in the night sky. Special reminder: This hotel can check out at 4 pm.

IiamylingLocated in a hotel next to the canal. The view from the window is pretty good. You can sit there for an entire afternoon. The room is not big, just right for one person, but I have a lot of luggage, so it would feel crowded if I put two on the floor. The breakfast is good and has a wide variety. The location is great, and it takes about ten minutes to walk anywhere. Sanitation: Very clean. Someone cleaned the room carefully every day during my three-day stay. Service: Very friendly.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed 4 nights at the hotel and overall had a lovely experience. We had originally booked an Executive Premium King Room but were pleasantly upgraded to a Junior Suite upon check-in, which was a really nice touch. The hotel also made a thoughtful gesture for my partner’s birthday, with complimentary chocolates waiting in the room on arrival. The room itself had clearly been recently renovated and felt fresh and modern. The bedroom and living area were very spacious and comfortable. However, the bathroom felt quite small for a suite. I would have expected double basins and more bench space, as well as a bathtub, which I assumed would be standard for this room category. There were also a few minor practical issues — the shower hose was difficult to manoeuvre and tended to spin, and the towel racks positioned over the toilet felt a bit awkward. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and the addition of Moët champagne for mimosas was a lovely touch. Service throughout our stay was great, and the hotel was consistently clean and well maintained. We also dined twice at the in-house café/restaurant for lunch and dinner. The food was delicious, though a slightly broader menu would have been appreciated. The location is fantastic — within easy walking distance to everything, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a few small areas for improvement.

GGuest UserBeautiful rooms and hotel. Service is a bit lackluster. If staying here, just be prepared to have to deal with a lot of slack.

GGuest UserI hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel, which we chose based on its high ratings and positive reviews. During our two-night stay with my family, we were shocked to experience a theft of our entire luggage from our BMW X7, parked right outside your hotel, on the night of April 17th to 18th. The security footage clearly shows multiple instances where the car alarm was triggered as thieves broke the windows and stole our valuables and suitcases. As residents of Belgium and professionals in architecture, we frequently visit Amsterdam for work. This is the first time we have encountered such a situation, and we were dismayed that throughout the night, neither hotel staff nor the police reached out to us to ensure the safety of your guests.  Had I known that such an incident could occur, I would have undoubtedly chosen another hotel. I feel compelled to share this experience through various review platforms to inform potential guests about the security issues at your establishment. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that steps will be taken to improve the safety and security for your guests in the future.

WWayne GardenOn arrival at 12.00 midday, we were told the room was ready which we didn’t expect. We were quite excited until we were told we had to pay 30 euro if we wanted to check in then. We said no thanks we’ll come back at 2pm and pay nothing. What a rort!! Never experienced that before! When we finally got to room it was very nice. Good location. You can either walk 30 min or catch tram into city from down the road.
