Amazing
CCHEOKFANThe hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam's Dam Square, to Chinatown, just a 10-minute walk from the red light district. The hotel is opposite the Queen's department store, the most exclusive department store in Amsterdam with many designer shops, and the shopping street is the second road on the left side of the hotel. On the pedestrian street, about two or thirty minutes is the flower market. On the right side is the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. On the first floor is the famous watch shop. Walk to Haicheng Restaurant for five minutes. The hotel has only 16 rooms in a boutique hotel. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport. It can be reached by walk from Amsterdam Central Railway Station for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to take a taxi for large luggage, because the road along the road is uneven and difficult to tow. Between 20-30 euros, because you have to detour. The hotel ci is located on the third floor, the service is warm and thoughtful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, stylish and sophisticated, the smart panel control system is convenient to use, provide late bed service, welcome chocolate and use French Langfan toiletries in Amsterdam hotel Should be among the best. The hotel offers a restaurant on the third floor, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only products are available, and the price is not high. Because there are too many restaurants around the hotel, the competition is strong. The bar is also on the third floor, and the evening is fragrant. This hotel is worth checking in, but it needs to be booked 15 to 30 days in advance, otherwise the price will rise.

Amazing
HHarryXZObviously, the price is expensive, which is four times higher than that in Shanghai.
It is definitely not comparable to Bulgari and J in Shanghai. Not every room has a bathtub.
So, the lower the expectations, the less disappointment. However, the hotel breakfast is a feature, and you can enjoy the local culture slowly.

Great
CclaborateThe reception was warm and the service was thoughtful. You will be seated first when checking in. Drinks and snacks will be prepared for you and then you can check in slowly. The breakfast was rich. I don't know if it was due to the translation or something else, but the basement written in Chinese on Ctrip was not the basement but the top floor. However, the parking fee for self-driving in Amsterdam is really explosive.
RRo PatelGreat location and a stone’s throw from Central Station. Very helpful staff with a warm friendly approach. They all deserve positive feedback and remain motivated for those travellers coming for short stays.

GGuest UserA stylish design hotel next to the canal, with a good location, it takes more than 15 minutes to walk to the Central Station, Dam Square, Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum and Anne Frank House. The hotel's interior and exterior, rooms, corridors, sightseeing elevators and other facilities are full of charm and unique. The Western restaurant on the first floor is not expensive, the only drawback is that the price is high.

GGuest UserThe service is one of the best among all Hyatt team. The food is delicious and the restaurant is extremely well run with the best service staff. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful too. After we come back from a biking trip and returning the bike key. He will Ask how’s your ride? We have been on the road for almost three weeks. All interactions made us feel at home. Such a pleasant stay! My daughter and I have fun at the lemonade and ginger ale stand as well! The gym and the spa are very nice too! Love to come back.
GGuest UserEnvironment: It used to be a boys' school, but it was later converted into a hotel, which is very interesting. The paintings in the corridor and the design of the room numbers are very artistic. I should take a look around the hotel if I have the chance.
There is a tram stop at the door to go to the central station, which is very convenient. It is also very close to the art museum, about two or three tram stops away.
It is a little far from the city center, so it is quieter at night, not as messy as the city center, and there is no 🍃 smell outside (really great).
Service: The service is very good. Chocolate and drinks will be given upon check-in. The service staff are also very enthusiastic and the communication is smooth. The service staff in the restaurant are also very enthusiastic, and the food tastes good. The drinks in the mini bar are free and will be replenished in time every day. There is also a night bed service, and the fragrance selected at check-in will be sprayed. The service is really good, which is the happiest thing about me in Amsterdam.
The picture shows the dinner I had at the hotel. To be honest, this hotel is the highlight of my trip to Amsterdam.

GGuest UserI hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel, which we chose based on its high ratings and positive reviews.
During our two-night stay with my family, we were shocked to experience a theft of our entire luggage from our BMW X7, parked right outside your hotel, on the night of April 17th to 18th. The security footage clearly shows multiple instances where the car alarm was triggered as thieves broke the windows and stole our valuables and suitcases.
As residents of Belgium and professionals in architecture, we frequently visit Amsterdam for work. This is the first time we have encountered such a situation, and we were dismayed that throughout the night, neither hotel staff nor the police reached out to us to ensure the safety of your guests.
Had I known that such an incident could occur, I would have undoubtedly chosen another hotel. I feel compelled to share this experience through various review platforms to inform potential guests about the security issues at your establishment.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that steps will be taken to improve the safety and security for your guests in the future.

FFenna WongThis hotel is more like a 4 stars hotel instead of 5 stars, cleanliness can be improved, and I’d suggest the hotel to do some regular touch up, our toilet door was cracked. The toilet bowl cover still has some stains probably from the previous guest, gross. No in room slipper was provided in the room, even the ‘privacy please’ sign was not provided (I think the housekeeper missed out)

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel from the moment you walk in the doors rooms are well presented clean and a good size for Amsterdam, my only issue was the mattress toppers were beyond worn and all bubbley which made it feel like the bed was full of crumbs which made for a sleepless night, other then that the the staff were as friendly and warm as could be which just added to the hotels overall charm.
