Great
WWodetianxianneThe room was quite spacious and very clean, with a nice river view. Check-in at the front desk was super fast. There was even a welcome card from the housekeeping staff on the desk, which was a really thoughtful touch.
It's about a 15-minute walk from the central station, making it very convenient to take the train for dining out.
The only minor downside was that the dry area in the bathroom didn't have a drain (a common issue in Western Europe, perhaps?). If water splashed out during a shower, the floor would stay wet...
GGuest UserGreat stay overall! The hotel is right next to the train station and close to the bus station, so it’s very easy to travel around. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit small with limited space for opening large luggage. Some bathroom items were missing such as shower cap, but the staff kindly helped when asked. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
TThe ReaderThe property is modern and the rooms are very spacious, which is a rare find in Amsterdam. The rain shower is lovely, the WiFi is super fast, and the beds are comfortable. There's a huge TV, a safe, and a mini-fridge in the room. It's only 50 meters from Noord Metro Station, making the location extremely convenient. The hotel also has an on-site bar, gym, and restaurant, plus bike rental and luggage storage services.
Llinli67I booked this hotel for its convenient location, allowing me to easily catch the 852 Garden Bus to Keukenhof to see the tulips. Due to tulip season and a few concurrent exhibitions, the room rate was double the usual price, which made the value for money a bit disappointing.
The breakfast, however, was excellent with a wide variety and high-quality options, absolutely no complaints there.
The room itself wasn't very big, but you can ask the front desk for slippers if you need them.
Right across from the hotel is Amstel Park, which is huge and features a fantastic rhododendron garden.
小小蕭姐The hotel provides kitchen facilities and cleaning services evyday. The staff in the front desk is so friendly and helpful to carry my luggage up to 4-5 stairs to the Ground floor.I appreciate for her sweetness so much. The location is about 2 stops from the central train station of Amsterdam. There’s a big supermarket across the hotel about 5 mins walk. I like the hotel so much .It’s absolutely a smart choice in Amsterdam.
Jjujurizthis hotel is a lifesaver if you have a concert at Ziggo Dome until late at night! The breakfast spread is quite limited, not many savoury options, its just pastries and make ur own yogurt mix and make ur own omelette with an automated coffee stand. And its also expensive (£45 for two pax, its probably because we didnt opt for it tgt with our booking as we decided last minute to go down for breakfast). The room is very cozy. Overall nice stay.
GGuest UserGreat location and staff, but poor cleanliness
I liked this hotel overall, mainly because of its fantastic location right in the center of Amsterdam. It was extremely convenient for walking around the city, and all the main attractions are very close by. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful with everything. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and even lent us an umbrella for the rain.
Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious, especially by Amsterdam standards. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned: there was a lot of dust, the closets were dirty, and the coffee machine was so filthy that we didn't even want to use it.
My overall impression is not bad, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Very Good
WWushangmolongdadichilachiThe hotel isn't in the city center, but getting around by metro is super convenient, and Amsterdam isn't a huge city anyway. It's a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and the path is pretty flat, which is great when you're dragging luggage. (Picture 1 shows the view from the metro exit.) Rooms are cleaned daily. There aren't any individual shampoo, conditioner, or toothbrushes, just a single shower gel, but that's pretty standard for European hotels. The pillows are quite high but not hard; I found them easy to sink into and comfortable. The Wi-Fi speed was good most of the time. I couldn't find an on/off switch for the air conditioning, only temperature adjustments. The motion-sensor light in the bathroom was a bit funny – it would go dark after a few minutes! The staff were friendly and efficient. Other than check-in, check-out, and storing luggage, I didn't interact with them much. Luggage storage is free, which is a nice perk. After checking out, there's a restroom, sofa, and charging ports on the ground floor, which is perfect for a quick refresh before heading to the airport. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so it's a good idea to eat before heading back. Although the room isn't huge, the bed is small and the layout is well-designed, making it surprisingly functional. We could open two large suitcases at once. Overall, it's quite similar to a budget hotel back home, but prices are bound to vary due to location, especially during tulip season when they definitely go up. For the price, it's still decent value for money.
WWangziyu999The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing and natural light. The service was professional and attentive; the concierge and front desk were responsive and paid attention to details. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Definitely worth it! Thumbs up! 👍
GGuest UserThe hotel receptionist was incredibly friendly and kind. We arrived early, before 9 AM, expecting to just store our luggage, but to our surprise, the receptionist informed us that our room was already ready for check-in. The room was very clean and tidy, and the king-size bed was super comfortable. All the amenities were readily available, though the only minor flaw was the low water pressure in the shower. The location is fantastic, very close to the Central Station, making it extremely convenient. There are also plenty of convenience stores, pharmacies, department stores, and restaurants nearby.
