EmmlynThe hotel has a modern decor, the room was clean, good size and cleaning was provided everyday. Breakfast selection mainly contained scrambled egg, beans, sausage, mushroom pancakes. There were bread, pastries, fruit, cheese and salad too. Staff were friendly throughout the hotel.
Location wise very close to Noord metro station and two stops away from Amsterdam Central station. Very happy with this hotel and will recommend to friends.

julietThe hotel is pretty good, clean and tidy. It's across from a park, but the location is a bit out of the way, and the bed was too small. The breakfast was plentiful, and dinner was delicious. The front desk staff were professional, and you can always count on a big brand. 😊

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Noord metro station. It's only two stops from Amsterdam Centraal Station, and the walk to the metro is just a few minutes, making it incredibly convenient for reaching the city center and other attractions. The room was clean and hygienic. However, during tulip season, the room rate felt a bit inflated. There was no coffee machine in the room, the bed was a little small, and the bathroom mirror was exceptionally high – perhaps because Dutch people are generally quite tall! Overall, it was decent.

WodetianxianneThe room was quite spacious and very clean, with a nice river view. Check-in at the front desk was super fast. There was even a welcome card from the housekeeping staff on the desk, which was a really thoughtful touch.
It's about a 15-minute walk from the central station, making it very convenient to take the train for dining out.
The only minor downside was that the dry area in the bathroom didn't have a drain (a common issue in Western Europe, perhaps?). If water splashed out during a shower, the floor would stay wet...

YooyooooThis has to be one of the most satisfying hotels I've ever stayed in! The location is incredibly convenient; it's just a 3-minute walk to the tram, train, or bus. The room is fully equipped, very spacious, and has a great design, plus there's a TV!
When you check in, they give you a box of kitchen cleaning supplies (as shown in the last picture). This is really thoughtful, ensuring guests can make full use of the kitchen even if they didn't bring their own cleaning products. What's more, because my last day of stay was my actual birthday, the hotel even gave me a box of cookies and a thoughtful card ❤️ It was such a heartwarming gesture!

Anonymous UserWe arrived and were told we could check in at 2 PM. We went into town, and when we returned around 3:30 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. Luckily, we received two complimentary drinks as compensation.
Once in the room, we found the curtain was broken, leaving a gap where light streamed in. The TV by the bathtub wasn't working, and the shower kept fluctuating between hot and cold.
We reported these issues in the late afternoon, and someone was supposedly coming to fix them. We went out again and returned after a couple of hours, only to find the curtain still broken. We went back to reception, but the maintenance team had already left. Since we didn't want to be woken up by light, a staff member eventually went to try and fix it themselves, but unfortunately, they couldn't.
Despite these unpleasant circumstances, I would still recommend the hotel. It's a nice hotel, but the staff aren't always as efficient as they could be.

Anonymous UserThe hotel has a great location, just a short walk from Amsterdam Central Station, making it very convenient for sightseeing and transportation. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby.
The room was clean and comfortable. However, the lighting in the room was quite dim. One thing that could be improved is the bathroom lighting. It works with a motion sensor, so if you stay still for a while (for example, during a shower), the lights switch off automatically. It was inconvenient to have the bathroom suddenly become dark while showering.
Overall, it's a good hotel with an excellent location, but improving the room and bathroom lighting would make the stay even better.

I was so satisfied with the breakfast here! I stayed at four hotels in total this time, and this was the best. The vegetables were fresh and there was a wide variety. The omelets were especially delicious. I will stay here again next time I go to Amsterdam.

IrinchenThe hotel was really nice and clean.
The area isn’t touristy, so it’s fairly quiet and nice, but very well reachable by metro: only 13 min subway ride to central station , and the station is a short walk away.
Amstel train station is also nearby, which is very convenient.
The bed is very comfortable, I loved the towels, which were very soft and fluffy.
I found the motion activated light in the bathroom a little annoying, especially since it often went off while I was showering, because no movement could be detected, so I had to open the shower cabine to set the light back on.
We did not try breakfast as 23 euro per person seemed a little overpriced.
Overall, I found the value good for money. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

Guest UserThe outside noise was quite noticeable, which was a bit of a bother. On the positive side, the room did have a coffee and tea set. It would have been even better if there was a refrigerator. A bit disappointing, though, was that the water provided was in a pitcher instead of bottled water, and there was no information from the hotel indicating whether it was tap water. I suspect it might have been hard water, as I ended up with stomach pains. I felt better after buying and drinking bottled water. The hotel is within walking distance from Amsterdam Centraal Station, but it was a little tricky to find. However, considering its location and the price, I felt it was a fair deal.
