GGuest UserWe flew to Amsterdam to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel fully lives up to its rating — a very good four-star hotel.
What impressed me the most was the staff, especially Camilla and Fabiola. I contacted Camilla in advance, as we was traveling to celebrate a birthday. It was such a lovely surprise to walk into a beautifully decorated birthday room. Many thanks to Camilla for her quick and helpful email responses.
The location is very convenient:
only two stops on the M52 line to Amsterdam Centraal, and a bus stop just two minutes from the hotel, with direct access to Volendam in about 20 minutes.
The hotel is quiet, the room was clean and spacious, and I couldn’t hear any neighbors at all. The bed was very comfortable and large. The bar and restaurant were also very good.
WeI would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

LLeayahThe hotel was good—decent and very clean. It’s also very well located when it comes to transportation. Getting there from the airport is easy; it’s just two stops by train. The tram and bus stations are only about three minutes away from the hotel, making it convenient to travel to any part of Amsterdam.
With the kitchen facilities available, you don’t necessarily need to eat out—you can prepare your own meals. However, if you do feel like dining, there’s a Breakfast Club just three minutes away, which was very satisfying.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to Noord metro station. It's only two stops from Amsterdam Centraal Station, and the walk to the metro is just a few minutes, making it incredibly convenient for reaching the city center and other attractions. The room was clean and hygienic. However, during tulip season, the room rate felt a bit inflated. There was no coffee machine in the room, the bed was a little small, and the bathroom mirror was exceptionally high – perhaps because Dutch people are generally quite tall! Overall, it was decent.

VVCWSI love this hotel! My 4 night stay with them is awesome! The river view is stunning 🤩 Tho it is a walking distance (~15mins) to the central station, it doesn’t feel that long as we were enjoying the river view during the walk. I love the location as it is quiet and peaceful, compare to those in the city centre. The room is spacious for 3 person and we can all open our luggages at the same time! The smart TV allows us to have some leisure time by playing the YouTube videos too! The receptions are very nice and helpful! They are genuinely explaining the details during the check in! All in all, I will definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Amsterdam! Superb!

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite large, and the breakfast is plentiful. There's a park nearby, and dining options are very convenient. The subway station is just 100 meters away, making it easy to get anywhere. I'd definitely consider booking here again in the future, especially since the Ctrip price was excellent. It would be even more perfect if I could earn Accor points!

I liked this hotel overall, mainly because of its fantastic location right in the center of Amsterdam. It was extremely convenient for walking around the city, and all the main attractions are very close by. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful with everything. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and even lent us an umbrella for the rain.
Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious, especially by Amsterdam standards. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned: there was a lot of dust, the closets were dirty, and the coffee machine was so filthy that we didn't even want to use it.
My overall impression is not bad, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay at this hotel again.

TtibbautThe hotel's location isn't particularly scenic, but it's perfect if you prioritize convenient parking. For a road trip, a hotel with its own parking is always my top choice. The 25 euro daily parking fee here is quite reasonable – even cheaper than street parking for a full day! Getting to Amsterdam city center is easy by metro, with the station just a 7-8 minute walk away.
The room didn't come with toiletries or slippers, but you can get complimentary disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers from the front desk.
The room itself isn't huge but perfectly adequate, and the facilities are good.
Breakfast offers a wide selection.

Qqw****I was so satisfied with the breakfast here! I stayed at four hotels in total this time, and this was the best. The vegetables were fresh and there was a wide variety. The omelets were especially delicious. I will stay here again next time I go to Amsterdam.

IIan J SWe stayed at NH Amsterdam Zuid and had an overall very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Schiphol Airport, which makes it ideal for travellers on a stopover. While it is a bit further out from the city centre, the hotel is in a peaceful neighbourhood, offering a nice break from the hustle and bustle.
There is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel, and the nearest tram stop is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Amsterdam Zuid is the closest train station and can be reached directly from the airport. It also offers quick and easy access to the city.
We had both a twin room and a king room. Both were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking and offered a good variety of options. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay.
Housekeeping, including towel changes and room cleaning, is available on request, which suited us well. A lovely touch was when the team noticed it was my dad’s birthday and surprised him with some chocolates and a birthday greeting. It was a very thoughtful gesture.
Overall, this was a great stay. I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a quieter location that still has convenient transport links to the city and the airport, along with good value for money.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk from Central Station and another 10 minutes to Dam Square in the city center. It's my top choice for business trips and leisure travel (this is actually my third time booking this hotel!). The breakfast is great too, and it offers excellent value for money.
