"The hotel was clean. The lobby was spacious and offers snacks and drink for Guest even in the middle of the Night. The Receptionist was very friendly and accomodating even at 12midnight. Check-in in a couple of minutes with out any issues. The room that got was very nice with a twin bed and a bunker can fit 4 persons. I would highly recommend this Hotel to my friends and acquintances. Goodjob.❤️"

Amazing
HHypnoseWaldorf Amsterdam. The location has nothing to say, just by the Gentleman's Canal, an old European house.1.2-1.5 kilometers from several major museums, within 20 minutes walk (the three-story canal and each few steps have a cute bridge and a small house like chocolate on the shore make the journey shorter). First-class service, breakfast is very good, smoked salmon and ham are made by themselves, the taste is very good, but the room meal is difficult to say 😭; Room hygiene is also an absolute standard. The floor of the light white bathroom, bathtub, shower, countertop, and anywhere can not find a trace of uncleanness. The cleaning waiter is still so haunted (like the high-end hotels in Hong Kong and Tokyo); The bath is a full set of large bottles of Aesop, put it directly; basically, except for the expensive, there is nothing wrong with ~ I will consider living in Amsterdam next time.

Great
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very convenient. It is within walking distance of most tourist attractions in the city center. The hotel staff are very polite and the room is cleaned every day. It is a hotel that I highly recommend. I will definitely stay here next time👍
33LittlePigsGreat location, close to centraal station, tram and metro. Lots of restaurants around, especially the Asian food selections nearby (chicken ramen is very nice)! We had a family room with sofa that fits the 4 of us. Shower room ceiling is a bit low if you are over 170cm. Power outage in the area on our last day there but the staff was very helpful.
AAnonymous UserStayed here recently and really enjoyed the clean, modern room with a beautiful canal view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. It’s a bit outside the city center, but public transport is nearby and easy to use. Only downside was the pillow and AC noise at night. Overall, great value for a quiet and comfortable stay in Amsterdam.
GGuest UserImpeccable service and professionally run. We have a most wonderful stay and the Okura is rightly acclaimed as one of the leading hotels of this part of the world. Surely, there wouldn’t be many other which can lay claim to hosting three michelin rated restaurants.
EExohkayA lovely hotel with friendly staff in a quaint and quiet suburb with a nearby train station, you can't go wrong with this hotel! Made my first trip to Amsterdam very memorable, will be staying here again.
AAnonymous UserWe stayed at Novotel Amsterdam City in standard twin rooms for a family holiday (6 of us), and overall it was a great experience. Mr. Oman at the reception was super friendly and gave us a warm welcome during check-in. He also helped make sure all our requests were met; connecting rooms, 2 single beds, same floor, and next to each other. Really appreciated that!
The only downside was one male receptionist (Middle Eastern-looking) who didn’t seem very welcoming. He was quite passive and seemed unwilling when I asked for help with temporarily storing our luggage.
CChan JonathanVery prime location with just less than a minute's walk from Amsterdam Centraal station. Facilities are in good shape, staff are friendly, however, one of the two lifts at the annex building of the hotel was out of order during my stay, leaving crowds to wait for the only lift for 5-10 mins during rush hours was definitely not the experience that I was expecting given the price tag of the hotel room. Would suggest the staff to open the staircase for customers who don't mind walking up/down a floor or two for an alternative option instead of fighting for the only lift with other hotel guests with luggages.
DDalishenmamaVery good hotel experience! All the way from Paris to Belgium, I stayed in several so-called classical and gorgeous hotels. On the contrary, although the Hyatt looks ordinary, it is actually the most modern and comfortable. The room is spacious and you can see the canal. The small bar downstairs is very lively at night. Public transportation and Uber are not far away. The service is very nice.
AAnonymous UserFor a W hotel, the experience was not as good as it is in other locations
The location is ok , but the tram passing by and the noisy bars might be noisy especially when you are on lower floors
The room is OK , nothing really special about it, and feel soulless with kitchy decorations and wall paintings
Breakfast is not bad as well
Cleaning is ok but i found a silverfish on the room… not to mention as well that some amenities are not replaced if used… unless ordered
Most of the staff were really helpful and nice , except a very rude one on the bank checkin counter that should change jobs if it’s annoying her that much
The pool , spa and lounge and gym are really amazing but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy them as much as we wanted because of the weather and time constraints
Overall , i would say it’s a good value for money but there are better options in Amsterdam!
