10 minutes walking distance from Central Station. It's a clean hotel. We used the family room, 3. The bed was very hard, so we had to ask for an extra duvet. Since the hotel was under renovation during our stay, there was noise in the morning. The staff is caring and friendly.

During our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations and there was construction noise in the room. They changed the room to one floor higher, but reluctantly, after several requests. As a result, the noise still remained in the new room.
The restaurant staff is completely unprepared to serve a large number of people during breakfast. We paid extra for breakfast, waited half an hour for the baskets to be filled with at least some buns, instead of spoons we had to stir the coffee with a knife.

An excellent hotel. 10 minutes on foot from the Central metro, only 1 stop by bus number 48, the bus is free.
They gave us our room immediately upon arrival at 10:00 in the morning, they did not keep us waiting for check-in time like other hotels.
The hotel is enormous, the room with central view on the 11th floor was great.
The rooms are very big, spacious and clean, the bathroom is also very large, with a shower cabin and a large bathtub. Hotel staff and receptionists are very kind and helpful.
I will not go to another hotel on my next trip. It is a hotel that is much higher than its price. I think it should be at least 5 stars.
The best hotel to stay in Amsterdam.

Except for the fact that it is under renovation, the hotel has a nice exterior. However, it is far from the city where there are many things to see, and you have to walk for almost 50 minutes to get to the Van Gogh Museum. Other than that, everything else is satisfactory.

During our three-night stay at this hotel with my family, the staff exhibited genuine kindness and helpfulness, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. However, despite these positive aspects, the room was uncomfortably cold. Despite the central heating being set to a maximum of 23 degrees, it hovered around 21 degrees, and sometimes even less. Upon requesting a heater, we were provided with a small one (attached below), but the second room lacked a switcher to plug it in. Typically, when returning to a hotel on a cold day, one hopes to warm up, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. Despite this setback, I rate the hotel 4/5 for its cleanliness, value for money, and the kindness of the staff, especially when compared to other options in Amsterdam.
