"This hostel is absolutely fantastic! The staff are so warm and attentive. Because the weather was quite cold, they provided hot water every day, which was a nice touch. The tram stop is less than a two-minute walk away, and the history museum is literally 30 seconds on foot. It's super convenient for getting to all the attractions. Plus, they have free dessert-making activities every afternoon. Honestly, the staff are amazing – this is the best hostel experience I've ever had."

"This has to be one of the most satisfying hotels I've ever stayed in! The location is incredibly convenient; it's just a 3-minute walk to the tram, train, or bus. The room is fully equipped, very spacious, and has a great design, plus there's a TV! When you check in, they give you a box of kitchen cleaning supplies (as shown in the last picture). This is really thoughtful, ensuring guests can make full use of the kitchen even if they didn't bring their own cleaning products. What's more, because my last day of stay was my actual birthday, the hotel even gave me a box of cookies and a thoughtful card ❤️ It was such a heartwarming gesture!"

"1. **Room:** A bit small, but perfectly adequate for one person. It had air conditioning, an electric kettle (which looked like blue and white porcelain), adjustable lighting, and more. The facilities were relatively new and well-maintained, with no hidden spots for dirt. If I indicated I didn't need my room cleaned by hanging the 'green' eco-friendly sign, they wouldn't clean it, and in return, I'd get a soft drink voucher for the bar. I used a voucher once to get a sparkling juice from the 2nd-floor bar. **Problem:** Replenishing essential supplies was inconsistent. The tissue box wasn't refilled when I checked in, with only a few tissues left. I mentioned it in the evening and again the next morning, but it wasn't until I went to the front desk a second time on the next evening that it was finally restocked. The same went for towels; I asked twice, and they still weren't changed a day later. Finally, on the third attempt at the front desk, they were replaced. This only happened when I dealt with Southeast Asian front desk staff; when I spoke to European staff, replacements arrived within 10 minutes. Towels and bathrobes also had to be requested; if you didn't ask, you wouldn't get them. The provided bedding, towels, and bathrobes were all quite old, not bright white, and not starched. 2. **Breakfast:** The food was plentiful, the service warm, and food items were refilled promptly, as were used dishes cleared away quickly. Again, the Southeast Asian staff weren't as enthusiastic and didn't greet me as readily, whereas the European staff were equally pleasant to everyone. The restaurant is on the 17th floor with great views. It's quite large, beautifully decorated, and has two serving stations, which is very convenient. There are also two large outdoor terraces perfect for enjoying the view or dining al fresco. On my check-out day, after breakfast, I bid farewell to the European staff, and they even gave me a special hotel lollipop, saying they hoped I'd visit again. 3. The second floor has a lovely, comfortable lounge area and a bar with a somewhat 'creative/cultural' aesthetic in its decor. 4. In spring, there's a direct bus to Keukenhof from the bus plaza below the hotel. You can buy round-trip tickets online. If you're staying at or near the hotel, you can take the bus directly, saving you a trip to Central Station. 5. **Transportation:** There are several train, metro, and bus options nearby. Given how punctual public transport is in the Netherlands, it's very easy to plan your sightseeing. All stations are within a few minutes' walk. 6. **Supermarket and Restaurants:** There's a Dirk supermarket a few minutes away. Near the hotel, there are various restaurants, including Western options like Italian, and Southeast Asian cuisine."

"First of all, it was nice that the family was really kind. After checking out, you can also store your suitcase, which helped you to get around Amsterdam. The location is right in front of the station! However, the accommodation is old and very small. If you can bear it, you will be satisfied with this accommodation with good meals and air conditioning!!"

"The hostel is conveniently located, with a bus stop just a two to three-minute walk away. It's also not far from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, about a ten-minute walk. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and have a good attitude. Less positive experiences: 1. The room is quite small; there's hardly any space left after putting down luggage. 2. Cleanliness needs improvement. There were visible dirty marks on the duvet cover (picture 3), many small spots on the carpet (picture 5), and ants on the room walls and bed (picture 7). 3. There is no kettle. 4. The balcony is shared among several rooms (picture 8), and the room has no openable windows. If the balcony door is closed, the air doesn't circulate, but leaving it ajar feels unsafe. 5. Information displayed on the website platform is inconsistent with reality. For example, it shows 'laundry service' (picture 9), but the hostel actually doesn't have a laundry room for guests. They only provide addresses of external laundromats for guests to take their clothes to themselves."

"Great location and staff, but poor cleanliness I liked this hotel overall, mainly because of its fantastic location right in the center of Amsterdam. It was extremely convenient for walking around the city, and all the main attractions are very close by. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful with everything. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and even lent us an umbrella for the rain. Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious, especially by Amsterdam standards. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned: there was a lot of dust, the closets were dirty, and the coffee machine was so filthy that we didn't even want to use it. My overall impression is not bad, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay at this hotel again."
