Location: Excellent. Calm area, close to the free ferry from Amsterdam Central. You are away from the buzz but still well connected. Best of both worlds. Check-in experience: Disappointing. I arrived around two hours early and politely asked if the room was available. The front desk staff member was helpful and said the system showed the room as ready and that she would confirm with management. The manager then intervened and introduced an unnecessary and inconsistent explanation about the room not being ready, followed by an early check-in fee of €5. The fee itself is reasonable and not the issue. The issue is the lack of transparency. Moments later, the same staff member asked the manager whether to give me the original room, and the manager confirmed yes in front of me. This made the earlier explanation feel dishonest, which I do not appreciate. Bar: Overpriced for a hostel. Amenities: Standard. Nothing special, nothing missing. Hygiene: Below expectations. While the room was generally clean, there were breadcrumbs on the mattress, which points to poor attention to detail. Soap and toilet paper were not properly provided and had to be requested, which should not be necessary. Overall: Good location, average facilities, weak attention to hygiene and communication.

The hotel was good overall, more for students and solo travalers No amenities just soap for everything

The hostel is located at Nord Amsterdam when you arrive Amsterdam Central station follow the sign ferry look for Station pier:Buikslotoweg across to other side when you get off pier turn left walk across to the bridge then turn right and approximately 200 metres then you arrive the hostel.banquet is clean no hair dryer only shampoo no towel have to rent 6 euro I have stay for 4nights in 6 mixed dorm,baht room inside.just behind there is Albert heijin supermarket. Note across the river by ship is free of charge

One of the better hostels in Amsterdam . Just behind central station . You need to get a ferry then your there the ferry is free

Good location and value for money😆 Stayed 4 nights in 4-beds female room w private bath +toilet (separate)， small room but reasonable space & clean.

facilities were clean and employees. However, the laundry room stopped being used a long time ago and cannot be used. We need a place to buy water at late time.
