"This hotel has a good location, good environment, good facilities and absolutely first class service! The fly in the ointment is that the child can go swimming in the morning, but the hotel front desk also helped solve it! Every employee of the hotel can know your surname and needs, and all can give help and feedback in time. This is the most extreme of several Mandarin hotels. Will come next time I come to Amsterdam!"

No. 2 of Luxury Hotels in Netherlands
Housed in the former Palace of Justice- Rosewood Amsterdam takes pride of place along the Prinsengracht- a treasured part of Amsterdams UNESCO World Heritage-listed Canal District. With a narrative punctuated by transition and evolution- this impressive landmark- which dates back to the 17th century- has been revitalized and now stands as a beacon for the future.

"The hotel is beautiful, right in front of the Ammu Canal, in a quiet area amidst the hustle and bustle. It's close to museums and Dam Square. The suite wasn't very large. The welcome card had the wrong gender, ”Mr.”, but it was easily resolved. Also, the Ctrip website listed one King room, but it turned out to be two Queen rooms upon check-in. The hotel feels like an art gallery, with beautiful details everywhere. The room cards feature cute cartoon characters, very detailed. The pool area is also beautiful, though a bit small. Breakfast was included, but the Ctrip information was wrong again. I recommend checking with reception."

"The hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam's Dam Square, to Chinatown, just a 10-minute walk from the red light district. The hotel is opposite the Queen's department store, the most exclusive department store in Amsterdam with many designer shops, and the shopping street is the second road on the left side of the hotel. On the pedestrian street, about two or thirty minutes is the flower market. On the right side is the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. On the first floor is the famous watch shop. Walk to Haicheng Restaurant for five minutes. The hotel has only 16 rooms in a boutique hotel. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport. It can be reached by walk from Amsterdam Central Railway Station for about 15 minutes. It is recommended to take a taxi for large luggage, because the road along the road is uneven and difficult to tow. Between 20-30 euros, because you have to detour. The hotel ci is located on the third floor, the service is warm and thoughtful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, stylish and sophisticated, the smart panel control system is convenient to use, provide late bed service, welcome chocolate and use French Langfan toiletries in Amsterdam hotel Should be among the best. The hotel offers a restaurant on the third floor, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only products are available, and the price is not high. Because there are too many restaurants around the hotel, the competition is strong. The bar is also on the third floor, and the evening is fragrant. This hotel is worth checking in, but it needs to be booked 15 to 30 days in advance, otherwise the price will rise."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right by the square and Queen's Department Store. I highly recommend it; getting around is super convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (except for a few in the restaurant who seemed to be from Southeast Asia; they spoke to you as if they were scolding you, and their attitude was quite rude, which really detracted from the overall staff image). Breakfast was quite plentiful, and the room size was decent and quiet. However, due to the layout, you could only fully open one large suitcase without it getting in the way of walking."

"The lobby is grand and impressive, really makes a statement as soon as you walk in. However, check-in and check-out were incredibly slow. It took 30 minutes just to check out, and there were only two staff members. The room was small, and the sofa was quite worn out. The bathroom was basic. For nearly 4000 a night, I don't think it was worth it. We had breakfast included, but I didn't go. My mom mentioned it was very crowded and they had run out of plates."

"Excellent room, excellent location and atmosphere of the hotel. Staff however, too often, go according to the 'book', and find it hard to think and improvise on the spot. It's as if they are under trained. When checking in there is no need to ask the guest to fill info on the iPad. You have this info, to stay in touch, already. Don't burden the weary traveler with trivial nonsense. If the sun shines, finally after weeks of grey and rain, and a guest sees the patio with tables in the sun, and this guest wants to have tea in the sun outside in the patio, this has to be a possibility. Don't say, well it's not the season so it's closed, it doesn't make sense, you're a top hotel, not the vander Valk. Improvise, think on your feet, explain that he is welcome to sit there and that his tea will be brought out, but it might take a few minutes longer. This way the guest feels listened to and that the moon is even possible. The kitchen is incredible, the food is wonderful. Last evening I had dinner at the Jansz., two ladies working, were very kind, helpful and attentive, they understood the delicate balance between asking how things are going and leaving the guest alone. I want them to know i appreciate them. Please extend my gratitude to them. Also the Asian looking lady who worked during breakfast this morning, was excellent. Please let her know as well. Finally, the staff at the entrance - getting cabs etc. - are great. Some of the male staff are too - in Dutch, popy yoopy. I am your guest and not your friend. That's all, and that's enough. Thank you for a great stay and I hope to come back again when I am back in the Netherlands. Kind regards, Diederik Lugt"

"Overall, this stay was just average! The hotel boasts a fantastic view, and the surrounding area is convenient for dining and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the window offered a wide view. The front desk staff were reasonably friendly and recommended nearby attractions. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was decent in taste."

"Disappointing overall experience. Poor service and customer experience; Check-in was uncomfortable due to an accusatory tone from front desk staff regarding the number of guests in the room, which felt unwelcoming and unnecessary The breakfast promotion was poorly communicated, signage suggests an automatic early-bird discount, but a voucher must be requested at check-in, which was not clearly explained. The Deluxe Loft Room, while clean, was not comfortable: the sofa bed was uncomfortable, the loft windows had no view, and the ceiling height near the toilet is very low, easy to hit your head. Overall, the room fell well below expectations for the price."
