Stayed here in May 2024 and the hotel was clean, and quiet with good staff. Good connections for travel and lots of bars and eating places nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The temperature was 28 degrees in the room and the response from the front desk was that the technical team would not come until the next day. As compensation they offered a glass of wine on the house. The staff clearly did not see the seriousness of the situation. Only after long insistence along our side, were we offered another room. No help was offered to move our luggage. We will not come back here again. It is clear that the staff does not care about the guests. We also did not receive any response to our mail to the management. That says enough.

My friend and I stayed here over King’s Day weekend on holiday from the UK. This hotel was perfect for our trip; the location is ideal as it is super close to the airport and the city centre, and easy to get to both via public transport. The room itself was beautifully designed, clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and very helpful with check in and out and when we had questions. We loved our stay and felt completely at ease and safe here!
