Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Amsterdam. Personnel très agréable et très professionnel. Notre chambre était très spacieuse avec un très grand lit très confortable. Cafetiere nespresso à disposition dans la chambre ainsi qu'une bouilloire et du thé. Petit déjeuner sale et sucré très bon. Je recommande vivement cet hotel

Lovely hotel situated near the center, offering warm and welcoming service. However, the beds leave much to be desired in terms of comfort. The pillows, in particular, are of poor quality, making for a less than ideal sleep experience.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to many of the tourist attractions, such as the red-light street and China Town. A convenience store is only a one-minute walk away with lots of shops and little coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The customer service is friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel room is spacious with all amenities provided. There is a gym on the 5/F and an Italian restaurant. Breakfast is cozy with adequate choices of food. The coffee served is nice. Highly recommend this hotel!

My mother in law has suffered a heart attack. So I contacted the hotel by email and still to date I have not received a reply. I also contacted trip.com and they contacted the hotel and told me. They are not budging from their policy. So to the traveller. I would strongly avoid booking this hotel. Dreadful service
