The location is very good , and the staffs are very friendly. However, the hotel is little bit old , and easy to hear the noise next to the room .

The hotel has a great location and you can see the canal from the hotel window. It is a long-established five-star hotel with excellent hardware and software. The front desk was very friendly and attentive upon check-in and recommended the surrounding food and beautiful attractions in Amsterdam, all within walking distance of the hotel. Must-choose hotel🏨

On the side of the canal, the hotel is older. There is no one in the lobby at night. The rooms are small. Pillows were uncomfortable. Front desk staff are friendly. Restaurant food is mediocre and expensive.
