I originally went for the Chinese courtesy service, but there was no such service, but the front desk was nice, and I gestured to her and wrote some simple English. She understood where we were going to call a car, and helped us call a car, and the driver came in. The lobby helped with luggage, and I was not disappointed 😂. Everything else is good 👍

Clean but a bit small. Especially the bathroom is very narrow
Unfortunately, there was construction on the street, so there was no heating or hot water from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am the next day....
