The bed and hall of the hotel are very good. The red lights and traffic around the hotel are unbearable. It is not recommended to live with children.

First of all, I was really disappointed because the the reservation thru your site was not granted, the request that was made by your third party was for a lot less (instead of a canal view room I got a basic room) however the hotel thankfully gave me what i requested originally but after half the s

Sofitel Legend The Grand in Amsterdam is een absolute aanrader. De service is uitmuntend en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn echt prachtig. De bedden liggen heerlijk. De locatie is perfect, gelegen in het hart van de stad waardoor alles gemakkelijk te bereiken is. De voorzieningen zijn van topkwaliteit, met aandacht voor elk detail. Een bijzonder hoogtepunt was de geweldige rondleiding door het historische gedeelte van het hotel, die ons een fascinerende blik gaf op de rijke geschiedenis van het gebouw. Het diner en ontbijt in restaurant Bridges was een culinaire beleving. Kortom, een verblijf hier is een onvergetelijke ervaring!

What a delightful treat to stay in this hotel. From A-Z everything is thoughtfully arranged. From the welcome to the check in, the spacious room, comfortable bed that I didn’t want to leave to the luxury breakfast (even greeted with champagne). To unfortunately the personal check out. I really got the feeling of better than home.

We had an issue upon check in and the staff went above and beyond to rectify it immediately. Special thanks to Fillipo, whose actions and generosity define hospitality. He made our stay extra special. If only all hotels could have staff members like him. World class hotel, world class staff. Highly recommended. Will absolutely stay at the Sofitel Grand in the future.
