I had an amazing stay! The environment was incredibly relaxing, with a calm and serene atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The service was top-notch—staff were always attentive, friendly, and eager to help. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering plenty of comfort throughout my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience

The hotel is so good and it closes to Zuid metro. It only takes 10min to central station. Really in love either with this hotel.

Great Price for a decent 4 star hotel.

There is a peculiar smell in the corridor. The decoration is relatively old. Our room is 915. The trash can in the bathroom is broken and the lid must be opened manually. It feels very dirty. The water from the shower is very small. The front desk service is very good.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can take a train from the airport to Zuid Station and then walk to the hotel in a few minutes. The hotel staff are very professional and have a good attitude. The environment design is also very artistic. It is very pleasant and comfortable.

The hotel defrauded customers and embezzled deposits. I am a business travel customer paid by my company. I stayed for one night at the end of June, about 200 euros/night, and the hotel charged a deposit of 400 euros. I checked out the next day and paid taxes and breakfast fees (Figure 1), and my company also paid the hotel fees. The hotel deducted the deposit three days later without notifying me. After I found the bank deduction information, I contacted the hotel by email. The hotel immediately said that it would refund the money and issued a refund voucher (Figure 2, you can see "refunded" in the red circle), so that I can rest assured that the funds will arrive in 5-30 days. Then, in August, when I had not received the payment for a long time, I entrusted the travel agency to contact the hotel. I was told that my deposit was deducted because the TV was damaged. I have never touched the TV in the hotel, so I was shocked to hear from the travel agency. The hotel has never contacted me directly about the TV (until now), so I am still arguing with the hotel. Business travel is very hurried, and many things are not paid attention to. In hindsight, the hotel has many malicious operations, such as: 1) Overcharging deposit 2) Not refunding deposit on site 3) Deducting deposit without notice 4) Forging bank refund receipts 5) Making customers wait for 30 days So, I will share the process here to remind you to avoid pitfalls when traveling to Europe.

The room was very clean and the location was convenient. You can walk to the subway station. The hotel staff was also very friendly and polite. We stored 3 suitcases for free the day before check-in and the day after check-out. We were very satisfied with everything.

The hotel is conveniently located with a subway station and a train station, and is only 3-5 minutes' walk away. It is only one stop from the airport and a few subway stations from the central train station (more than ten minutes), making it very convenient to visit different attractions.

The room was good overall, with all the necessary facilities. The bathroom was large. The size of the two beds was only 90 cm. The windows in the room could be opened. The breakfast was quite rich. The morning was long enough.

The hotel is recommendable, the breakfast is good, but it could be more varied
