Everything was so so. Not too bad though not too good.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable, of a decent size, and presented with a nice sea view. The staff are helpful and efficient, and hotel management is exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for travellers visiting Huizhou 10 Silver Miles.

The hotel room is good and the reception services are fast and efficient, the breakfast was good although no many choices. The only problem is that the name of the room does not actually matches exactly with description they have given out, for instance when they use the word "Sea View". The room we got had minimal Sea View. I wish they can indicate that to the customers because I feel their services are good.

I come to Huizhou almost every few months, and this time I am the most satisfied with the hotel service. Although it rained for two days and I couldn't play, it didn't affect my mood at all because of such a perfect hotel. The little brother and sister at the front desk were very considerate. When they saw that I brought my child and got a free upgrade to a parent-child room, my child jumped up as soon as I opened the door. It was a big surprise. After staying there for one day, I bought the same model of children’s tent, sleeping bag, night light online... The hotel's hygiene is very good, the facilities are new, the service is first-class, and it feels very friendly. The balcony can see the sea, the floor is moderate, and it is recommended with ten stars.

I've been here many times and got free upgrades, and I'm always very satisfied. However, I checked in very late this time. There were no high-rise rooms, so there was a slight odor. The toilet smelled of urine and was not clean enough. I was a little disappointed. I hope more attention will be paid to it.

This place is in Victoria Harbor, about three to five kilometers away from Shili Silver Beach. But one advantage of this hotel is that the apartment-style decoration is relatively new. There is also a beach downstairs. The beach is not as good as Shili Silver Beach. The advantage is that you can also see the sea. Every room can see the sea from the side. Breakfast is right at the front desk. Although it's not big, it's quite delicious. There are two convenience stores and one or two restaurants downstairs, which can also meet your daily needs. The front desk also helped to upgrade the room type. There may not be many people when we went there (20240331)

I have some dissatisfaction with the facilities. The mirrors are out of the way, which is very uncomfortable, but otherwise it's okay.

This is our fourth return visit. This hotel has been open for more than a year. The equipment is relatively new and clean, and it has all the necessary facilities. There is no buffet breakfast on weekdays. You have to go to the front desk to get a lunch box. There are not many varieties but it is healthy and delicious.

This hotel is the best value hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel is very clean and you can see the sea from the balcony. I am going to stay here for a month with my family and friends this year.
