地理位置不錯，在中心地帶。離***和火車站都很近，相對也比較安靜。自助式的checking/out 還是第一次使用。房間也比較乾淨

The area itself is perfect and the hotel is just what we needed. Service was kind, breakfast was good and we very much enjoyed our stay there.
Metro stations and tram are close by, and we could walk around easily. Lot's of restaurants and bars too.

Excellent rooms and service, especially the front office staff, who unhesitatingly go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It’s extremely central as 10 mins walk /5 min bike ride from most tourist attractions. I also got 10% off on my bike rental due to stay at this hotel

First, the location of this hotel is excellent. right in the city center, everything is at walking distance. Little overpriced but wouldn't mind paying for the location. However, the rooms are very average. No view.. i was given a room which was on the 1st floor and facing the indoor reception. no view at all, i could not even leave my curtains open. Requested for a room change but was not given. Room quality : They really need some refurbishment, good lighting, better temperature control and some quality room amenities for the price they charge (which should ideally be premium but it's just around average) Food is basic. breakfast has limited vegetarion/vegan options. i wouldn't pay 28euros and leave hungry.. rather walk down the canal and get excellent multiple options. Atleast an all night menu exists and we ordered pizza which was good.

the hotel does not meet the declared level. Old repairs and furniture, there is almost no window in the room, it is very noisy in the hotel. it happened that the window opened onto the street, so it was impossible to sleep after 7 a.m. because of the noise from the street - a car came to clean up the garbage, which began to break the glass, transport containers on cobblestones. And so for more than an hour (I didn't like the hotel and spoiled the impression of the first day. The next day I moved.

Housekeeping forgot to clean two days our room - there was no DND left - and no water provided as courtesy like normally all international hotels normally have . Staff don't know much about the rooms as they could not tell us how to bring the blinds down. We asked for a quiet room and they placed us right in front of a church which every hour you could hear the bells . Location is good
