호텔서비스는 괜찮았습니다. 제가 필요한 면도기나 수건, 치솔 등을 프론트에서 요구하고 바로 받았습니다.
저는 원래 룸서비스를 이용하지 않고 외출하고 돌아올 때 프론트에서 받는 스타일입니다.
또한 프론트에 계시는 젊은 여자호텔직원분들은 제가 말을 걸고 이런저런 얘기를 해도 웃으면서 잘 받아줍니다.
시설은 같은 호텔가격대의 평균적인 시설 정도인 것 같습니다.
저는 위 호텔에서 3박했습니다. 1박하고 체크아웃했다가 다시 체크인하고 2박했습니다. 첫번째 1박할 때의 룸과 두번째 2박할 때의 룸은 구조는 같으나 후자의 룸이 햇빛이 잘 들어와서 그런지 더욱 좋은 느낌의 룸이었습니다.
저는 위 호텔에서 식사하지 않아서 식사수준은 모릅니다. 저는 가급적 다양한 외식을 하고 싶었고 또한 서양식 식사를 피하고 싶었기 때문입니다.

The room is very spacious, the window faces other rooms, and you can see the sky and a little bit of the roof. Stay for three consecutive nights and receive a 10 Euro hotel restaurant coupon for free room cleaning. There is no toothbrush in the room, you can get it at the front desk. Atmospheric room. The location is excellent, just opposite the Amsterdam train station. When you walk out, you can reach *** and the downtown area, and the transportation is convenient. There happens to be an art exhibition these days, which is great!

This is my go to hotel in Amsterdam and I've never been unsatisfied in 5 years !
The hotel is in the PERFECT location : everything is from a walking distance , the facilities are really great ( dont forget to try the pool and sauna ) , and the rooms are cool and cozy !
Comparing to other hotels ( same budget / standards ) : I would say , the huge plus , is the room size , and the arty part of the hotel...
What can be enhanced : I think some rooms need to be freshen up ( it's a small detail , but the iron provided in the room , is seamless and does not do anything ) ...
Some other small details are as well to be enhanced ( sweetener / sugar was never re-provided in my room , although I have finished it on the second day ) ... TV system is extremely expensive
