The location of the hotel is absolutely in the city center. The room is spacious and beautiful. It is a pleasure to sit on the balcony and watch the canal. The service is superb. The old doorman is a gentleman, and the receptionist is very polite. The bathroom is large, and the bedding in the room is superb, very comfortable. It gets dark at half past ten in the summer here, and the beautiful bells echo in the night sky. Special reminder: This hotel can check out at 4 pm.

Everything about this hotel is great. Service and food all very good. The hotel has one of the prettiest lobbies I have ever seen and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at Maries for dinner, had lunch in the lobby lounge and drinks at Freddy's Bar. A overall wonderful experience

The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable but most importantly the employees were kind, generous and genuinely caring. The location is also amazing, right in the center, yet feels very peaceful and has one of the best views of the city.

Location is perfect and the hotel has a great mix of restaurants, including the highly recommended Flore. Two comments: - we had pretty expensive 5th floor room with our own balcony. The views from there are great but there is so much bird poop all over table, floor and chairs that it can’t really be used. - we brought to the attention of staff that a lot of people, including us, are banging their heads against the low placed lamps at the breakfast restaurant. The reply was that it was escalated to management but nothing is being done about it. This needs to be fixed. At every breakfast at least one person hit their head on these lamps.

Een prachtige hotel met een chique uitstraling. Super fijn en behulpzaam ontvangen door het personeel, onwijs mooie kamer met uitzicht op de gracht en heerlijke Diptyque artikelen om gebruik van te maken. Fietsen kunnen huren om de stad door te gaan, onwijs gelegen in de stad en vlakbij de metro. Tot slot was het ontbijt bij Marie heerlijk met alleen maar vers gemaakte producten. Kan dit zeker aanraden!

Great location and elegant hotel. It’s in the top five of Paris hotels where I’ve stayed. 74/200 minimum characters so here’s more: I felt very safe using the taxis they requested for me. I recommend doing that instead of hiring a private car and driver to return to the airport.
