This stay was perfect. Everyone was adorable! In addition, we had a room with a window. Basic arrival is scheduled for 3 p.m. We arrived around 9am from our flight and the room was already ready. I can only recommend this establishment to you ☺️

The location is good.

The reception manager and staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. We had problems with our KLM return flight and the staff went above and beyond duty in their assistance to us. The location was very close to the tram line which was very easy to use for getting around . We bought a 3-day pass which enabled us to do countless journeys. All in all, a wonderful 4 night stay.

Very comfortable beds and room well equipped, but can get very warm. It’s a shame the bar wasn’t open as it looked great. Didn’t understand why it wasn’t.

This location works well for us, because our son lives nearby. The area is pleasant, not busy or noisy, and it is an easy tram ride from Amsterdam Centraal Station. The hotel is clean and pleasant and the staff are friendly and helpful. The dining room is has a particularly lovely outlook and is a relaxing place to have breakfast and to start the day.
