I stayed here for 6 nights and had a room facing the canal. The room and hotel were clean and well decorated. The staff were very professional and attentive to our needs. The food in the restaurants in the hotel was very good. The Pulitzer Bar gets crowded and the service was a little slow at times.

The hotel is in a central location with easy access to everything in central Amsterdam. The property consists of a number of vintage houses surrounding a courtyard that has been converted to a hotel. You get modern amenities in a quaint package.

Very classy hotel. The staff was excellent....very helpful. The bellman at the front was quick to help us in any way we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. Well-appointed. Quiet, even across from the elevator. We had breakfast in the Janz restaurant which was very good. That staff was also polite, helpful and courteous

Absolutely superb hotel, from start to finish they were brilliant! They knew it was my birthday and offered an upgraded room which was gorgeous! A massive thank you to all the staff at Pulitzer who made our stay so wonderful, 10/10, we'll definitely be back! :)

From the moment you walk in through the front doors to the moment you check out and leave, the staff, all of the staff, Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Concierge Amazing job of help and finding a reservation last minute on Kings day weekend.

Have stayed here many times in the past and it is clear the quality and service is lowering fast. For the prices charged one would think there would be high levels of attention to detail to room cleanliness and check-in experience and dining experience. Bottom line is there are many better options available in Amsterdam for the price. Buyer beware

Our stay was great. Food, service, friendly staff. Our trip was cut short due to a medical issue. I would not book on Kings Day in the future. DC
