I stay 4 nights in there and really like
First night a Romanian girl was in reception I’m sorry I’m really bad with the names but she was super helpful we didn’t get breakfast but we were drinking coffee for free ☺️ and was good

Entire team was very very nice! Their kindness was very much appreciated! On top of it, the hotel has great location, if you want to feel true Amsterdam life, not in the crowdy hectic touristic center, while in few minutes walking distance if you still want to be there. I will certainly go back to ibis Styles Amsterdam Amstel again!

The hotel is conveniently located a couple of minutes from a stop on tram 14, which takes you to the main train station in 15 minutes. The staff (reception/breakfast) was friendly and helpful. We got one of the twin rooms on the 4th floor (steep stairs/no elevator but they ask you when checking in if that's Ok). The room was spacious but I would have appreciated more space to keep your clothes (there are no drawers, only a wardrobe with hangers which is not convenient when you are staying for a few days). I don't know if it was because we were on the last floor but the Wi-fi connection was often slow. As a vegan, the breakfast was nothing memorable: plant-based milk and yogurt, baked beans, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cucumber, bread and jam. Basic but too expensive for what you get. All-in-all, a good value for the price; but still some things could be improved.

The room was very clean and suited our needs for our stay. Appreciated having kettle with tea , coffee, sugar supplied. Milk not supplied. Supermarket very close by to get any extras. An excellent location for shops and sightseeing.......

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The staff was really nice and the room always clean. It's not that far from the heart of the city by walking, but if you want there are the public transport near. I was surprise to find out we were near a street market with really good food and souvenirs.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel durante il nostro recente soggiorno ad Amsterdam. Si trova in una posizione ideale sia per visitare la zona dei musei, sia per per raggiungere il centro. La nostra camera era particolare, molto caratteristica al quarto piano raggiungibile con una stretta scala ma dalla quale si godeva di un magnifico panorama della città. Colazione varia e abbondante.
