Quentin England Hotel

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de l’établissement. Très propre et en bon état. Cependant cela aurait été bien si il y avait eu des prises près du lit et un plus grand espace toilette dans la salle de bain (difficile d’y être confortable quand on est grand).

The staff was extremely kind and helpful! From the beginning, already giving us gifts, as we were on our honeymoon, until our departure, helping us with taxi orders, as our apps weren't working! The only point of attention is that the hotel does not have an elevator, and it can be a little difficult to climb to the top floor with your suitcases.

We arrived early and we couldn't get into our room until 3 pm as stated, but they did let us store our suitcases for free, the room is small, without air conditioning, the bathroom was what we liked the most, the room was dirty, we found a Someone else's underwear under the bed, dirty cups, we had to open the window because of the heat and we were bitten by mosquitoes, the staff is serious, lazy and it seems that everything bothers them, there are bicycles for rent inside the hotel which is Very cool the only thing is those at the reception just make you the contract and that's it, they don't have the attention to give you the bike and explain it to you, not even to help you remove the lock or anything, just like you have to explore and time goes by running, the internet in the room is very bad, the breakfast is good, I imagined it would be very bad but it was a surprise, the location is very good, but I do think that the staff should improve their attitude to think that we are staying with foreigners who do not know the city and we arrive tired from long flights, cleanliness must be a priority as well as attention to want to return
