The hotel facilities are brand new, there is a gym on the ground floor, and it is within a 10-minute walk from the subway/tram/bus. The only drawback is that it is far from the city center and requires about 30 minutes by public transportation.

The hotel is within a 15-minute walk to a train station, a metro and bike sharing services (Donkey Rep and OV fiets). The neighbourhood is ok, I felt generally safe.

The bathroom in the room was very bad, the shower and the toilet together!!
At dinner time there was a BBQ and the person who served us “in Spanish” was truly unfortunate. He told us that there was a barbecue and charged us the full menu price of 33 euros for a salad and little else.
