Facilities: The first floor is a bar, which is quite lively. Water and drinks are quite expensive.
Hygiene: It's OK. I feel that the layout of each bathroom is a little different. I feel that the bathroom design is a little simple. Then it's better to use your own shower gel and shampoo, because the ones provided are not very good. The towels have a bit of smell...
Environment: I live on the first floor. I go out to play during the day and sleep at night.
Service: The waiter turned on the heater for us. The switch was very high and we didn't find it... Hahaha
Transportation: It's quite far from the city center. It takes half an hour to get to the central railway station by bus. It takes about 5 minutes from the hotel to the bus station. There is a train station closer to the hotel. You can take two subway stations and walk to the hotel in more than ten minutes. We didn't need to go to the central railway station to take the train when we left and came back from The Hague, which was more convenient and saved half an hour.

Hotel located in the peripheral area of Amsterdam but very well connected by both tram and metro, means that allow you to be in the center and also at the nearby airport in 20 minutes. Excellent welcome as well as the cleanliness and silence of the rooms. Nearby there are two supermarkets, an exceptional Chinese restaurant and other shops. Prices are slightly lower than other similar hotels. Highly recommended.

Great western Amsterdam is a very good hotel if you prefer to stay a little quiet area. It’s about 30 mins to get into Amsterdam central station and all the popular sight seeing places.
The service provided by hotel staffs were generally very good. Room is spacious and clean also

Too bad . in spite of booking a room days earlier. I received a ground floor room . Which had Air conditioning issue and had to spend night in hot room . Receptionist didn't even consider to change the room stating as fully booked neither sent any technician to rectify issue..... I will not recommend this hotel

The room was not cleaned in time and the bed sheets were not changed. It is better to bring your own disposable bed sheets. The quilt was full of dust. The price was very high during the exhibition. However, the transportation was convenient. The subway station was a 10-minute walk away. There were supermarkets and 4 restaurants nearby.

The bed arrangement in the triple room was a bit strange, the plugs were a bit insufficient, and there were quite a lot of breakfast options. The location was a bit far away from attractions and rides, but there was a supermarket nearby.
