Had a great stay in a nice and clean room on the 4th floor. So quiet and fresh. Nice view over Carré. The staff was friendly and welcoming, also very helpful. I had some drinks at the bar, all good. Never used the bikes, the weather wasn’t great. Liked the bakery next door for breakfast and the closeness to the metro. If in Amsterdam, I’d love to come back.

Love citizenM, the manager of this branch was very helpful we were one day late and unfortunately the system moved our reservation to "no show", the manager helped us to retrieve our booking without making new reservation, he was very happy to help and very energetic.

Hotel was nice a clean, check in was easy, the room. The room was very clean and the ipad control is a nice touch. I used the gentle wake up alarm which was amazing.
If you're looking to use uber, it's easy to get one across the road (its not always easy to get an uber from exacly where you are in Amsterdam)

Staff is excellent. Food is good. Location is walkable. You are in the canal area. Metro is next to the hotel. They made accommodations for food allergies.

Albergo moderno e in centro ad Amsterdam. Metro e tram vicini comodi per spostarsi in città. Molto silenzioso. Colazione molto basica. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera moderna con tablet per gestire tv luci temperatura stanza ecc. pulizie a richiesta. Ambiente pulito. Si accede con card sia all’entrata che anche agli ascensori. La nostra stanza molto piccola con poco spazio per valigie.
