The service at this hotel is simply wonderful. Amazing rooms. We had a problem and we missed our return flight, the hotel staff did everything possible and impossible and accommodated us in a superior room at the same rate. Already

This place was amazing. It is in a great location, within a (reasonable) walking distance to all major museums. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room (at least our room) had a real kitchen and a small refrigerator, which made eating in the room much more convenient. It's worth the price.

We had a good time in Amsterdam, due to this good hotel and nice weather. It started already at the airport where we met Yasar, the driver from the hotel, who took us there smoothly. The check in was simple and we were given a glass of champagne. We had the Imperial suite, an upgrade, a large and nice room. It has large windows towards the channel, and there was always something to watch. The bathroom is fantastic, large with shower and bathtub, we would like to have such a bathroom at home. This hotel has a good location, close to every thing but in a quiet area. To the west it is close to the City Centre, to the south you find the famous four channels and to the east the Botanical garden with green areas. You can find shops and many restaurants close to the hotel. We always had good help from the personnel in the hotel. We had a special occasion and for this we had the Romantic Package with wonderful roses, champagne and breakfast in the room. For the evening the hotel helped us with a reservation at Hartering Brothers, where we had a very nice dinner. We usually have a small breakfast in a city, but the breakfast the first day was so good that we had it all mornings. We also had warm spring weather with long walks in this wonderful city where there is so much to see. We had the same driver goding back to Schiphol and we really wish to come back
