The service at this hotel is simply wonderful. Amazing rooms. We had a problem and we missed our return flight, the hotel staff did everything possible and impossible and accommodated us in a superior room at the same rate. Already

We visited Amsterdam for a friend's Birthday party and came across The Luxury Suites, the best find ever! We had the spacious Penthouse Suite 512, which was very nicely thought-out with everything you might need. We loved the round windows and the amount of light during the day. Having a small kitchen was also great and we found the supermarket around the corner 5 mins away was also great for a quick breakfast and other needs. The location of the suites was perfect and we walked everywhere you were ten minutes from most places it seemed! It is 20 minutes from the airport so also handy if you book directly with the suites they provide the transport from the airport and then to return. The customer service is first class, we had an issue with a lost case on arrival and the reception staff could not have been more caring and supportive throughout the trauma of this. Anything we needed they willingly would help us with and they always did so with a smile. We stay in many 5-star Hotels and I don't believe we have come across this sort of wonderful service ever before! I cannot recommend staying at the Suites highly enough and we will be back for sure 🙌 Thank you so much to everyone we encountered at The Luxury Suites you helped make our visit to Amsterdam perfect (even with missing luggage) We both hope to see you again next year 🤩
