It beat my expectations with one glaring exception. The room was clean, comfortable and well laid out.
The exception was that I arrived late at 11.55pm wanting to get to sleep ahead of meetings in the morning. The check in person said I needed to wait a few minutes, which turned out so he could clean his desk. I could not believe he really thought this more important than checking in a tired customer.

O hotel está bem localizado e o staff é simpático, contudo a limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Quarto cheio de pó, ainda tinha um novelo de cabelos no chão que seriam de hóspedes anteriores e que lá permaneceu toda a nossa estadia durante uma semana.

This hotel is in a quiet residential street within minutes walk to major tram and bus stops and museums. Room was perfect for our short stay, the bathroom was compact. There was some door noise for us probably as there were 3 room doors next to each other off tge reception. Also don't expect there to be much in the way of coffee pods to go with the machine, maybe bring your own.

I recently stayed at a property and arrived early, but fortunately, the staff were able to accommodate me. The service was great and the 24-hour staffed reception made me feel secure and cared for during my stay. The beds were also very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. However, the view from the window wasn't great and some areas of the property were dated, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this property to others.

Habitaciones en sótano, sin ventana. Check out a las 11, cobran 10€ por hora si te vas más tarde. Te ponen cafetera y dos cápsulas de café en la habitación pero no tazas ni cucharas. 175€ y no incluyen ni desayuno. Relación calidad precio pésima.

Ottima posizione, vicino ai musei e il centro si raggiunge a piedi senza problemi. Camere sufficientemente pulite. Ottima la stanza messa a disposizione per lasciare i bagagli tra il momento del check out e l'effettiva partenza. Consigliato.

J’ai trouvé cette hôtel magnifique les chambres sont luxueuses et le petit déjeuner incroyable. Un de mes meilleurs souvenirs de voyage. L’hôtel est facilement accessible en tram au départ de la gare ! Ne vous inquiétez pas pour acheter un titre de transport, il y a un receveur dans chaque véhicule qui se trouve à l’arrière A assis derrière un pupitre. un hôtel à choisir les yeux fermés qui vaut son prix.
