Apart from the location, it was really bad. There was no heating at night and it was freezing. The hotel I booked in advance was slashed by 2/3 on the day. I have never seen such a ridiculous price difference. The waiter was Chinese and was pretty nice. But I will never book a hotel in advance on Ctrip again. It is full of scams.

The room is very small... There is no kettle in the room. I wanted to go to the front desk to order hot water... and it was charged.

The price and location of the hotel are excellent. It is more suitable for one or two people to stay. There is a large underground supermarket near the hotel, and it is close to the three major museums: the Amsterdam Museum, the Van Gogh Museum, and the Rijksmuseum. The hotel provides luggage storage service after check-out. The only shortcoming is the hotel's hygiene. Since there is a restaurant downstairs, it is noisy on Friday night, which will affect the rooms upstairs. Ants were found in the room I stayed in. After talking to the hotel front desk, it was resolved.
