Yays Amsterdam Prince Island by Numa

It's a nice property and highly recommend. Located by a canal in a quiet residential area but within 20 minutes walk to city centre with lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops. Apartment is spacious, nice design, clean, with most essentials like water boiler, dish washer, cooking accessories, fans, a room AC, linen, etc provided (some appliances and minor maintenance for normal wear and tear was needed.) Plan well ahead for arrival time (check-in at 3pm) since early check-in is unlikely due to popularity and no on-site management. The on-line customer service is responsive and service follow up is satisfactory.

Amazing vintage shops and cafes nearby, in a fabulous street that takes you to the city centre in a 15 minute walk. This was a lovely characterful part of Amsterdam that we enjoyed much more than the larger tourist areas. The flat was nicely presented, basic but comfortable. The proximity to the local shops and Central Amsterdam was great.

Great hotel. It was very spacious and updated. We had a balcony right on the canal. It is a 5 min walk to public transportation. 7 mins walk to the main road with lots of restaurants. My only two complaints would be that it is confusing to figure out which rooms have washer/dryer and which don’t. We booked through AMEX. There is also no A/C but I guess that isn’t a thing in Europe. However, when I called the help desk the lady that helped was awesome. She gave me access to a room with a washer/dryer for one night. She also gave me access to another room to grab a couple of fans. The help desk is pretty awesome.

Great location and lovely apartment - perfect for four friends celebrating a special birthday. Nice bar right next door and very well positioned to explore lovely Amsterdam. The only glitch was we couldn’t get the TV to work and despite messaging nobody came to fix it. This wasn’t really an issue though as we didn’t go to Amsterdam to watch TV and we played our music instead ! Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, it was clean and spacious so would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

An excellent location, close to the city centre yet away from the crowds and noise of the city. Central station is about 10 minutes walk from the apartments, tram stop within less than 5 minutes walk, and supermarkets within 7 minute walk. There is a lovely bar with outdoor sitting again within 5 minutes of the apartments. Uber and Bolt taxis are easily available to get around. There was 4 of us and we had rented a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious, well equipped with full kitchen including dishwasher and washer/dryer, comfortable lounge area overlooking the canal with floor to ceiling windows and a spacious bathroom with a separate toilet. It was on the first floor and there were a few very narrow steps to get to the apartment. There is no elevator. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp with any queries and responses are quick. We requested extra crockery and cutlery and that was brought round to us within the day.
