The room was generally clean, but the bathroom was dirty so we didn't use it. The reception was very helpful, but it was difficult to carry large luggage up the stairs by myself.

I AM HAVING HUGE TROUBLE RIGHT NOW BOOKING ANYTHING. THEY USE THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OF. NO ONE HAS TIME TO DEAL WITH THIS.

Unbeatable location, totally worth it (less than a minute from Dam Square). The workers are charming and make your stay much easier. In addition, there is a room to leave the suitcases despite having checked out. The room (3 people) was super spacious and comfortable and the shower was great. I would repeat without a doubt.

The room was pretty poor.
Water was coming inside and during the 2 days stay the fire alarm went off 2 times without any nothification of the staff.
Big price for this 2 days , and no breakfast availble!

If you want to be in the heart of it all and not pay a fortune, this is a good choice. No, there aren’t any amenities that will make you say wow. But the front desk people are friendly, the room is clean and in a matter of minutes you can be at Dam Square, take a tram to a museum or be at Amsterdam Central. If you are exploring the city and you just really need a clean bed and a shower, this does the job.

There were lots of restaurants nearby and it was a lively place.
It was within walking distance of the central station, so it was easy to find even for first-time visitors.
If only the shower room was a little bigger, I'd have no complaints!
