部屋は全体的に綺麗でしたがバスルームが不清潔で使用しませんでした。レセプションの対応は素晴らしいですが、大きい荷物を階段で自分で運ぶのが大変でした。

I AM HAVING HUGE TROUBLE RIGHT NOW BOOKING ANYTHING. THEY USE THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OF. NO ONE HAS TIME TO DEAL WITH THIS.

Ubicación inmejorable, merece muchísimo la pena (a menos de un minuto de la Plaza Dam). Los trabajadores son encantadores y te facilitan muchísimo la estancia. Además, hay una habitación para dejar las maletas a pesar de haber hecho el check out. La habitación (3 personas) era súper amplia y comodísima y la ducha iba genial. Repetiría sin duda ninguna.

If you want to be in the heart of it all and not pay a fortune, this is a good choice. No, there aren’t any amenities that will make you say wow. But the front desk people are friendly, the room is clean and in a matter of minutes you can be at Dam Square, take a tram to a museum or be at Amsterdam Central. If you are exploring the city and you just really need a clean bed and a shower, this does the job.

中央駅からも歩ける位置で、初めての来訪でもわかりやすかった。

The location of this property is great. We stayed weds-sat. It got extremely noisy Friday evening. The walls are paper thin so we could hear next doors party and we requested extra towels just to stuff behind our door because any noise is the hallway was as if they were in our room. The beds are VERY soft and small. The bathrooms are tiny and everything gets soaked when you have a shower. Positives: the hair dryer was good. There's a safe. Our TV was logged in to Netflix and Disney . Location is super convenient.

Very rude lady. Must be high from new year, insisting I didn’t declare a baby. Trying to explain we’re 3 adults no baby. She shuts me down and try to get imaginary baby until she looked really good at the luggage and realize its not a frkn baby. Booked at other hotels early there’s a lot in the area
