READ ALL: I’m a full time traveler 10 out of 12 months I travel out of the year I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all, for the same price you can go to the Hyatt. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE: Italian HOST woman received us in the worst way possible, being absolutely aggressive sending us outside because according to her we came too early ( it was 2:30 pm) , later we caught her going through guest backpacks in the luggage store room while picking up our stuff, she got extremely nervous and got defensive, last day of our stay she stormed in the room while my partner was naked and she started screaming at us for 3 minutes didn’t care he was naked she just kept screaming first saying we had to leave (when i payed for late check out) and then saying we had to leave the room absolutely clean or she was personally make sure “to charge us more”.. then we went to reception to find the manager and she was insanely aggressive to the point the manager of desk Christian had to take us outside and apologize thousand of times, you could hear her screaming like crazy and walking around cursing .. she is just a simple employ A HOST… but has nothing of a host SHE SHOULD HE FIRED, she has a terrible energy AND GIVES A TERRIBLE IMAGE TO THE HOTEL it’s insane . HOUSEKEEPING: since 8 am you will hear music, door banging and chats from housekeeping YOU CANT REST .

I booked the room single bed with private bathroom it’s nice room 😊

Self service check-in was convenient. Sufficient amenities provided. Room is large and clean. Location is a bit far, and could hear noises outside the room sometimes.

Beautifua with the friendliest staff and divine food. Everything we had during our 3-day stay was amazing, and they made sure we are comfortable and happy...

Location was a little off the centre so need to take intercity train which can be expensive. Hotel is big and easily accessible from Sloderijk station. Clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Clean, quiet, soft mattresses, convenient transport links near the hotel. I recommend this hotel to you

This was a very dirty room, the floor was gritty, the bathroom was dirty, i was bitten buy somthing in the night, and the bed had insects, dirt and dust under the matress. Also we had to pay tourist tax. Will not go back and will NOT be recomending this place to anyone. The hotel was The Teleport Hotel Amsterdam.

Nice location, not too far from amsterdam central, just the stafff wasn’t that friendly.

Pros: The location is about 500m from Slotrejik station and very convenient as it only takes one station to go Amsterdam Central and Airport. Cons: - Staffs are not always at reception so sometimes you need to wait 15-20mins until someone shows up - The bed is small and low. There’s no curtain so there’s not much of privacy here - And what I hate the most is there is no noise proof so it’s quite noisy. Pleae think twice if you are not willing to here the loud talking and construction until 2-3 am everyday. I barely had a good sleep during 2 days at the hotel

the hotel is a low budget hotel but with excellent service. its a bit outside of amsterdam but with tram you can be in 6 min in centraal

Very clean and easy access to local amenities with shops and train station within walking distance

Nice service, easy to check in, convenient location and there’s a cute cat there.
