All in all the hotel is ok not like the pictures but lets be honest it doesn't really matter what it looks like, it was clean just dated. Its in a perfect location right in the middle of everything and about 2 min walk to the station.

Charged me twice for one night. Over £250. Receptionist was extremely rude, her name was Anna. I asked if I could use my deposit to pay for the room and she told me that I HAD to pay again and my deposit would be refunded. I’m sat in the airport and looked at my online banking and that they have kept my deposit and made me pay again last night. Another receptionist called Beatrice said that she should have told me that I could use my deposit to pay. Apparently they refund the deposit NEXT WEEK. Hotel was run down, dirty, dated and the receptionist called Anna was rude and confrontational. I will absolutely NEVER stay there again ever, and I would advise anyone not to stay there either.

Great city centre location! All staff that I met were really welcoming and helpful. My room was basic but clean, the shower room was an odd layout where you have to climb over the toilet to get in the shower and as an added bonus the wash hand basin is in the shower cubicle so you can brush your teeth and shower at the same time. The breakfast was a continental style breakfast, the hot options were beans, scrambled egg and bacon that appeared to be poached!

This is the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Truly dirty and revolting . Your feet actually squidge when walking on the carpet. The receptionist gave us 3 other sets of keys and told us to choose another room. Wasn't easy. Do not stay here. Many other better options
