The location was excellent, however the breakfast was poor with dreadful service. Had to ask for everything with barely any food. On one of the days, the staff who operated the coffee machine was hostile, was chatting on her phone and ignoring requests for a cup of coffee with the breakfast. Had to ask twice. Other staff were helpful and amicable.
Because of the breakfast experience, I will not stay here again.

Hôtel très correct, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner copieux, propreté assurée, proche des centres culturels de la ville d'Amsterdam (musée, palais royal, jardins, croisière...), english spoken et français parlé. A recommander.

+ Good location: near museums, trams and airportbusstop just "round the corner" + Helpful personnel + Clean room + Breakfast selection basic, but good - First room did not have safetybox as should have been included and tv broken - In the new room's bathroom shower leaked when I moved in and until I moved out. Floor was wet all the time - Toiletseat was closed to the wall and very little space for feet. The floor was wet there, too. - Near the door lock two suspicious holes, like somebody had tried to break the lock. Receptionists were very helpful. Seems that the hotel is not very well taken care of, and the bathrooms need proper renovation.

Twelve minutes by tram to centraal station. Quiet location, zero canal views. Staff great! Would stay here again.

The room was small, not even enough to open my luggage bag easily. The staff at the reception when I checked in was somewhat rude. Location was great but other than that no reason to stay here again.

L'hotel si trova in zona ledsplain, a 25 minuti dalla stazione centrale, il quartiere è ben servito, di fronte hard Rock Cafe', nei pressi Van Gogh Museum, Voldelpark, Albert Cup, Food hAllen. Perfetto il bus 397 che dall'aeroporto ci ha lasciati all'angolo. La mattina facevamo colazione da Starbucks a circa 150 metri da dove poi iniziavano le varie attività commerciali. La zona tranquilla, la camera, situata al 4 piano simile a una soffitta era graziosa, ma il bagno un po'stretto, seppur nuovo. Ho apprezzato il cambio del cuscino alla mia richiesta, hotel perfetto per due tre notti. Tutto sommato non possiamo lamentarci del nostro soggiorno.
