I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel itself, the design, the bar were all excellent. It’s also very convenient, close to the metro station. I did experience an issue with room service, but the Guest Relations Manager handled it professionally and even issued a refund for the city tax. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

The hotel is perfectly located between to metro stations, both less that 5 minutes away and less than 20 minutes from the central station away by metro.
The interior is lovely and the room was very clean.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely keeping it in mind for my next trip!

Cheek abs fancy design hotel.
Location is off for central, however train, metro and tram connection into central and airport are very convenient. If you are travelling around The Netherlands, don’t get put off by the fact that it is far from Central Station. The South station nearby is a convenient hub.
I do wish the staff can be more empathetic when dealing with customers just completed a long haul trip, or first time customer who trying to figure out the what and how is the hotel.

Best breakfast buffet of my life, with so many vegan friendly options and a huge variety of food and drinks.
Hotel looks very new with fancy decor and furnishings. Lots of little touches like complimentary cute slipper flip flops.
Loved our dinner at the top floor restaurant, fine dining with views and tasty decor.
The best comfy (and huge) bed.
Short walk to train station.
Bonus - one of the most affordable hotels in Amsterdam.
Would stay again.

Hotel is new and modern but they clearly don’t have the experience running a large hotel. At many times you could tell they were trying to figure things out.
Early check in was promised.
We got there at 12. Regular check in is 3. No room was ready at 4:30 even though promises of “a few minutes” and “we’ll call you” no one did. I had to complain and upgraded to a better room to be able to check in finally.
Told us to go get a drink but not like they offer a free drink or anything.
The room we got the washroom wasn’t especially clean. I had to scrub the grout so my wife didn’t see it and want to leave because of the mold.
In a room behind the restaurant had pillows piled up on the ground, they had no idea what rooms were clean, and they couldn’t find our luggage for several minutes. Just really poorly organized.
I told them all this when I checked out and they didn’t seem to care. Just smiled and said hope you enjoy better next time. There will not be a next time.
Location is really far out, BUT the metro is right there and works good.
View was nice.
