It was a nice hotel. Location was perfect. Hotel staff were super nice. One front desk guy helped me to take pictures at the bridge. That was really nice of him. Every staff were very friendly and nice. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s also the very reasonable price. One recommendation would be about shower door. I wish the shower door would close completely and not just the half way, that’s how water would not spill at the floor and flood. Also I wish the sink was a little larger.

Great hotel!
A wonderful hotel in the centre. The staff were friendly and amenable. The room was great, if you don’t mind stairs (which I don’t).
There was also a very pleasant garden.

I stayed for one night on a business trip. I arrived late and the staff were very helpful. I found them very kind and responsive. I loved the area, quiet and safe but close to the centre. The hotel is in a tall, old style Dutch house directly facing a canal, and it has great views. I paid for a deluxe room and it was clean and comfortable, with a great view over the canal. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Due to it being a tall Dutch house there are a lot of stairs, so this is the only caution if you are staying here - if you struggle with stairs then book a room on the first floor. This is definitely my go to hotel for a clean, safe, well priced and welcoming hotel right in the city centre.

Great hotel close to everything
Excellent location - metro/trams 2 min walk away but really not needed if you like walking. Reception opentil 12 midnight and staff very friendly and helpful. Shower lovely and hot. Beds comfy and rooms cleaned daily with clean towels. Hairdryer good. Kettke in room butno tea/coffee supplied so take your own.

I liked the look of the property and being close to the canal. I did not like the mice that chewed through all our food packages and made a mess of the counter in our room and bathroom floor.
