Hotel overall not bad. Staffs polite and room cleanliness. However, breakfast on Saturdays was extremely packed. Over 200 people had breakfast at the same time, although hotel already opened all the available area for guests. 1 April we were experienced the "April fools", woke up by fire alarm at 0730 and run down to the building because someone smoke in room activated smoke detector 😮💨 one guest lift malfunction, at least wait 3 or 4 lift during peak hour. Hotel should clearly show the staircase able to use while one lift not operating.

It's very convenient. Although it's a few minutes' walk to the subway station, there are two supermarkets nearby, so shopping is very convenient.

The hotel was nice, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t very diverse but it was enough to have a normal, healthy breakfast.

Location super convenient, walking distance to train station. Reception staff was helpful,allowed us to store our luggage’s as we arrive early in the morning.Breakfast buffet has many varieties. Will choose this hotel again when I travel next visit to Amsterdam.

I like the hotel and the value for money meets . Only , There should be a safe and fridge in the room . This is very important.
There should be a bus or something to central or nearest metro .
