酒店房間很小，我住的一樓沒有電梯，帶住行李箱爬樓梯，但樓梯很直及窄，真的很危險🙄🙄
浴室洗手盆很小，洗個面水灑到一地🙄 慶幸是水溫及水壓還可以，但比較香港的水壓，真的差一半😄😄

Great lil hotel. Perfect location and right in the heart of it all. Yes rooms are a lil small but let’s be honest, for the price it matches up. You won’t get 5 * luxury here but if you want a nice cheap local room that’s very clean and fresh then this is your spot. First desk was so helpful and very nice. Great all round hotel for a shout break.

The location is very suitable for tourists like us. We only stay for two nights and go out early in the morning. It's close to the train station and within walking distance to several attractions.
The room facilities are average and a bit old. The hair dryer may not have been replaced for a long time. But it was a comfortable stay.
When I checked in on the first night, the waiter at the front desk spoke Chinese.

The smell of bleach in the room and bathroom was so strong that even though I opened the window and ventilated for several hours, the smell did not go away.
I was assigned a room that went up to the second floor by narrow and steep stairs without a lift, so it was very difficult to carry my suitcase.
IBIS Hotel at Central Station was better.
I already brought my suitcase to the lobby, but the staff said they would bring it to me if I told them when I checked out... Why didn't they tell me that when I checked in?

Sotel was a convenient location, just 5min walk from Centraal Station Amsterdam. plenty of food nearby, and also walkable to the canals, dam square, and the shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Lift was tiny but sufficient. We stayed on level 2 (third storey including entrance on ground floor). walls were pretty thin cos we could hear doors closing as though they were being slammed. no fridge in the room, but there is a coffee machine for our use. toilet was small, esp the sink. but sufficient for a short stay. Recommended! We arrived at 11+am and check in was at 1pm. They kept our bags for us while we went to explore the area and have lunch. One thing to note is the reception counter is manned only from 730 to 1030. we had to check out at 5am so if you need to check out when the counter is unmanned, it would be good to make prior arrangements with the receptionist. I had to make an international call at 5am to let the person know we were leaving. Overall a pleasant stay :-)

Perfect location very close to Amsterdam central station. Small but complete room, very good bathroom. Both renovated but lack maintenance. Excellent location-quality-price.

The hotel is in a great location, opposite the station! The room is small. You can see the street view outside the window. The bedding is clean but uncomfortable. The bathroom space is good. The sink is not big but there is a full-length mirror, which I think is good! There is an elevator in my room!
