Having read the reviews I was a little worried about staying at the hotel! I really didn't need to have worried! The sheets were clean the bathroom was clean the bedroom was a bit dusty behind the beds but nothing that worried me too much. The beds are very small but comfortable. Fabulous location minutes walk to everything! The staff were on the whole friendly and helpful. Don't be put off by the bad reviews this hotel is a great place superb for the price.

The worst it’s the not existence of lift which it makes very uncomfortable to handle suitcase to 5th floor ☺️

La experiencia fue pésima. Aunque estaba bien ubicado, las habitaciones estaban muy sucias y con pelos por todos lados. Cuando íbamos a ir a dormir, la luz no se apagaba, y para cambiarnos de habitación nos hablaron con desprecio y malas caras. Excepto una chica que hablaba español que era muy simpática, el resto del personal extremadamente borde y mal educados. Por último, me dejé el móvil en el hotel y no podía volver, no me lo quisieron enviar a España aunque me hacía responsable de todos los gastos. Sin duda, jamás volvería a repetir en Travel Hotel
