Upon our arrival at Centraal Station (Ferry Station) on 02/11/22 @ 4.15pm, we made a call to request for a shuttle. Less than 10mins the driver came but drove away in front of us without stopping by to pick us up. Thereafter we made a call again to hotel to ask the driver come back. After the 15 mins of waiting (travelling with a baby and weather is cold and total waiting time is 25 mins). The driver finally arrived, i asked him why he never stopped to check around if there is any guests waiting for him. He said i shouted at him and asked to carry my heavy luggages up to the van by myself because he is not happy and complaint to the other guest who is also taking the same shuttle. I even had to open the van back door to reloaded the luggages by myself also when arrived at the hotel. This is the most terrible service I ever encountered. Initially I was looking very forward to stay in this hotel but I was ill-treated by this driver. I hope the management will look into this matter. This not the kind of service provide to the guest. I will not stay or recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is about 20 minute walking from centraal station or 10 minute walking from the nearest metro station. But, they provide shuttle to and from the centraal station. The room is spacious with bathtub. The service is very good. The gym is quite large. It’s a nice place for pampering oneself.

Room is big enough and clean. Staff super friendly and supportive. Shuttle into city centre/ferry station was amazing (ferry is for free to central station). In general hotel could be renovated but it completely met our expectations. Very quiet and calm neighborhood.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. Location good with an excellent shuttle bus service. Breakfast definitely worth adding, choice and quality amazing. Would definitely stay again when visiting Amsterdam.

Love NH Noord. Clean hotel, professional ftint desk and most of all the breakfast buffet staff Rhoebe and Lex, they are both friendly, welcoming and willing to help our group at the breakfast buffet. Excellent customer service at the buffet.

Todo el personal del hotel ha sido extraordinariamente atento y profesional. El hotel está muy bien, moderno, habitaciones amplias y luminosas... El servicio de transfer es un puntazo. Llamamos desde la estación central y nos recogieron en un momento. Muy recomendable.

We really enjoyed the quieter location here. The shuttle bus was a bonus, though we used the free ferry and walked the short journey to the hotel a few times too. Rooms were clean with really comfortable beds. All the staff we encountered at the front desk, bar and driving the shuttle were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are a couple of supermarkets, restaurants and bars close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Ik was met mijn vrienden naar dit hotel. Maar wij zaten op een plek met een spookachtig verhaal achter zich. Het verhaal over de man in kamer 166. Wij zaten in kamer 166. ‘S nachts hoorden wij het geluid van een klop op een muur. We waren helemaal alleen. We konden bijna niet slapen. We werden de volgende dag wakker met een goed gevoel. Maar dat van die dag, vergeten we nooit meer. En het is redelijk goed.

Very friendly staff, good updated rooms and easy shuttle into town. Also walking into town using the free boat or metro line is very easy
