The environment is okay, but the bed is a bit too soft and collapses when you sit down. I have to complain about the bathroom. The sink is so small that I can't normally rinse my mouth and spit out water when brushing my teeth. The shower room doesn't even have shelves to store shampoo and shower gel.

Booked queen bed, but gave us two single beds. The room key was broken, the hairdryer works only for 2 seconds, no lift in hotel and the attitude of the reception was bad

If you get a GVB unlimited ride (metro, bus, tram, ferry) ticket, a bus will come every 5 minutes from the bus stop, which is a 2-minute walk away. 1 stop, door to door, and you will arrive in about 20 minutes. If you walk for about 15 minutes on a comfortable walking path to North Station, you will find a spacious square with a basketball court, the municipal government building, a supermarket and a food court (with Asian cuisine), so I didn't have any trouble eating.
The police are right in front of the hotel, so there is no doubt that the town is safe and secure. I didn't see anyone who looked like a vagrant.

The lighting in the room is dim and not suitable for desk work. wifi is slow too.

De bed was bebloed en vies,spinnenwebben bij de raam binnen geen afstandsbediening voor de tv kamer was super warm 🥵. Ontbijt was vreselijk en heb geen waar voor mijn geld gehad. Kamer was super vies en de bed smerig. Ik raad iedereen af om bij deze hotel te verblijven. Heb s’avonds contant betaald maar in de ochtend zogenaamd hadden ze geen contant bij kassa VRESELIJK VRESELIJK BEN SUPER BOOS EN TELEURGESTELD IN DEZE HOTEL.

Manager Stephany asking me for tourist fees that was clearly already paid. Maybe I misunderstood but 90 euros is a bit high fee and why cannot I not pay with card? I was obligated to pay by cash because the terminal had issues which is fine it can happen but I got suspicious as soon as I check out and another manager I forgot his name asked me to pay fees of 50 euros? Why and same with cash because terminal not working middle age man manager please let these terminal work and why another fee? i have send an email to complain until now nothing.

Very short walk to bus. Took no. 38 and from the station no. 52 train to Central
