The bed was big and comfortable. The location is excellent, with a parking tower and cruise ship terminal nearby, and about an 8-minute walk from the Museum Square. It was great to take a shower, and it was very relaxing after a day of running around.

Stayed in October 2021. Pleasant hotel, location is great. Do keep an eye out for the specific room you’re booking, the pictures are misleading. I got the standard room, but the bed wasn’t “free” and the room was much smaller than the photos showed, so the bed was shoved to the wall with one side. There also was no Nespresso machine unlike the photos showed, though the reception was okay to put one on my room.
The room card is also the card used for the elevator, though the technology seems outdated. Every return to the hotel, the card didn’t work on the elevator and had to be reactivated at the reception. Minor inconvenience but still annoying when in a rush. Overall an okay experience, not the best, not the worst.

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in het hotel. De eerste nacht zaten we in kamer 119. Toen we binnen kwamen rook het vreemd. In de loop van de dag maar vooral de volgense ochtend stonk het zo erg dat ik moest kokhalsen van de rioollucht. Ik vermoed dat men op de hoogte was van deze lucht omdat er overal geurpotjes geplaatst waren. Het personeel (dat overigens heel vriendelijk was)lostte het probleem vlot op en we kregen voor de laatste nacht een andere kamer. Omdat men willens en wetens toch deze kamer verhuurde ben ik van mening dat dit heel slecht is en dat men beslist geen punten hiermee gescoord heeft.
