The location and interior decoration of the hotel are good among the local business hotels. It is very close to the central train station, and there are many buses nearby, so the transportation is very convenient. This is its biggest advantage. But the service is tricky. I booked a regular double bed room (not a discount room or a special room, but a normal price). After discussion (in Dutch, which I don't understand), the two ladies at the front desk assigned me a very defective room, and I was told that there were no extra rooms. This room is on the second floor. The problem is that (1) there is a small built-in staircase after entering the room, and you have to carry your luggage down three or four steps; (2) there is only one sensor light in the area at the entrance, which flickers and you can't control it; (3) the bedside lamp is broken and doesn't light up. So I called again to ask for a room change, and I didn't agree to stay in a room with a problem with the light. Another employee came and changed me to another double bed room on the same floor, which is a normal room type. Isn't it available? (If Ctrip can complain on my behalf, please complain to the two ladies at the front desk on the day I checked in).

The hotel is located in the old city, so it's not very convenient to take an Uber or something. There was a serious traffic jam and the hotel service was completely unavailable. I called three times to ask for a bottle of water, but it still wasn't delivered. I stayed for two days and there was a sign saying it needed to be cleaned. No one was cleaning the trash. It’s better to be cautious before booking this hotel
