這間酒店服務非常不錯，即使我們早到，服務台也會熱心幫我們看看有沒有剩餘的房間，讓我們能早點入住，城市稅也事前已包括在酒店費用內，非常體貼。
房間不算少，浴室明亮且寬敞，加上牆上有梵高作品的花紋，令整間房間看起來非常開心！而且，每個房間都有一部capsule咖啡機，令身為咖啡控的我大大加分！
就酒店位置，它就近rikjsmuseum 及 Van Gogh museum, 門外又有電車，對旅客來説非常方便。

The location is exceptional, otherwise, nothing much to choose or for. Most of the staff are friendly but you get an occasional rude youngster who hate their job. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the receptionist gaslighted me about hot water in the shower, which I didn’t have for 3 days. Brown stained towels should be disposed. I arrived at my room with paper towels floating, not flushed. Drilling and knocking were nonstop all day from 08:30 in the morning on a Saturday.

優點是位置：就在梵高博物館對面，街區也很安全。缺點是：沒有空調（壞了），沒有任何抱歉或賠禮，還跟辯論説不會熱！浴室花灑是破的，差點刮破皮。 總的來説，感覺他們沒有很強服務意識，價格偏貴。

Un séjour agréable. Les transports en commun c'est un vrai bonheur, tout fonctionne, tout est à l'heure, en France c'est une catastrophe. Les musées visités sont très beaux et très intéressants.

Wenn das Zimmer nicht gut gesaugt, die Bettwäsche Flecken aufweist und Schimmel an der Decke ist, ist selbst der günstige Preis eher so mäßig gerechtfertigt.

We had a really nice stay here in a 4-person room, two adults and two children (aged 9 & 7). The room was as expected, comfortable with good amenities for the type of hotel. It's not the cheapest place to stay, but the location is brilliant (right by all the museums), and it was very quiet at night both inside and outside (although the early morning bin lorries were quite a spectacle!). The staff were always very friendly, and the little gifts for our children on the last night were very much appreciated. A small but useful fridge, coffee maker (which could be used for teas, hot chocolates) and a good shower. The children also appreciated the playground equipment in the street outside!
