Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und zu Fuß erreichbar ab Centraal. Doch das Zimmer welches ich hatte ist eine Zumutung. Mega steile Treppen , unter dem Dach, 6qm mit mehr als schmalem Bett und Toilette über den Gang. Selbst dort konnte man nicht gerade sitzen oder sich gar drehen. Eine Zumutung und das ganze für 150 Euro die Nacht. Ich bin schockiert und sauer.

Just back from a fantastic stay at Max Brown in Amsterdam. Staff could not do enough for you and the hotel is situated on a lovely quiet canal but within walking distance to major attractions. One staff member stood out - Nadia who was in duty one evening and we witnessed how lovely she was to all customers. Have already recommended the hotel to family and friends

Amazing gem of a hotel in a quite part of the canals. Very walkable to all the parts of the city and a great area in its own right. The hotel is cosy and gezellich and the rooms are quirky but comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was amazing. The hotel staff so helpful and would do anything for you. The location was perfect 10 minute walk from train station and in the centre of town. Beautiful views from rooms. Only downside was the stairs to the room not for the faint hearted. Definitely will recommend this one ❤️❤️

Entzückendes Hotel am Heerengracht, unweit vom Bahnhof und vom Zentrum entfernt. Personal freundlich, Zimmer speziell aber sauber! Die Wendeltreppe ist ein Abenteuer! Das Frühstück regional und sehr reichhaltig! Alles in allem- Klein aber fein!! Immer wieder eine Reise wert!

Great location, lovely helpful staff, (mostly) good breakfasts. Room very poor for the 5 star prices charged. Paid €350 per night but no clean towels or room cleaning unless asked, small room no storage , tiny bathroom, very cheap fittings and flooring, dirty communal areas, what was supposed to be trendy was just bits of wood
